The house was very well kept and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need except the food you are gonna eat. Highly recommended.

One of the cleanest places we've vacationed at. Location was great. Loved the home and large garage. Perfect spot for our family.

We book VRBO properties frequently so we have become very picky! What an amazing house for the entire family. We loved the size and layout of all the rooms. Everyone felt like they had their own space. The three grandchildren loved the loft area. It was their getaway. We are planning on booking for next year!

This property is wonderful. Plenty of room for our 3 families including small children. Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and helpful. Location is perfect with close proximity to town, skiing, hiking and fishing. Would love to return!

Loved this place. Close to the lifts( walking distance), easy to get ahold of the owner, gorgeous property with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Very spacious. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful place with beautiful views!!! Great location close to everything. The first night there we were sitting on the back deck and we saw a bear eating and hanging out at the golf course. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The place was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms. And the living spaces were also large enough to comfortably fit 12 -14 people. There is no AC however, which can be tough if some of the group isn't mobile and spend a lot of time in the condo.

The property was beautiful, incredibly clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Location couldn't have been better. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

This was an awesome place. The layout of the rooms and number of beds was perfect to accommodate our family. It is nicely located close to the village.

Perfect home for 10 adults for our annual 4th of July weekend.

The house is absolutely stunning and great for hosting multiple people. We had a boys reunion, inviting 8 folks to the Mammoth area for an extended weekend. The house, and Roz, could not have been better. Great location, walking distance to downtown. Spectacular house. Roz was phenomenal, even reaching out to help us get back into the house when we got locked out :) Highly recommend this property. Thank you!

House was great!! Very spacious, loved the fore place especially since it snowed while we were there! Would highly recommend!

The property was great, everything was as expected. If I had to pick something, the only issue we had was that we ran out of trash bags.

We had a great ski weekend! Our group of adults and kids enjoyed the proximity to the Canyon base area at Mammoth and the spacious kitchen.

Spacious and well appointed

We brought extended family in from around the country for our son’s wedding down at Convict Lake. This property was so special and absolutely perfect for our large group. Everyone slept extremely well and appreciated being able to spread out, relax and visit in all of the wonderful spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for a large family gathering. Overall a fantastic place and one that I was proud to host in!

It felt like home from the very start. We did not want to leave and look forward to staying here again.

Myself and a group of 10 guys stayed here for a long weekend of adventure and relaxation. Our experience could not have been any better! The house is massive and was perfect for our large group of guys. It easily slept the 11 of us comfortably. The location is excellent and a very short walk to the village, Mammoth brewery and the Sierra Star golf course (literally on the course). We enjoyed Mountain biking, exploring the forest, spending time in the village, and golfing. The kitchen was very nice and had high-end appliances which we enjoyed cooking with. The balcony was also a great place to relax, bbq and hang out around the fire pit. All of the rooms are very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. The master bedroom was especially amazing and very large! The only minor items that we found were the hot tub water was very dirty (brown and murky) and made us not want to use the hot tub much. It could definitely use a water change from time to time. The propane fire pit was also very finicky and would not stay lit (the gas knob would not stay in place) However these very minor items were easy to get past since everything else was so awesome! Overall I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone else that needs to accommodate a large group.

This property is perfectly located about a quarter mile from the village. Nice cabin overall

Beatiful home, excellent for big families. Big beautiful kitchen with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy family meals. Best part... every room had their own bathroom.
