The apartment was nice and spacious.

It’s hard to leave a negative review because the apartment was lovely, and the contact person was very responsive. However, the issue with ants was significant—it felt like an infestation. We stayed for only two nights and had full-day excursions planned, so we were there only in the evenings and didn’t have time to change accommodations, even though a refund was offered. We requested bug spray, which helped, but unfortunately, the bug problem overshadowed the experience. The apartment itself is beautiful, but I just can’t handle bugs.

Huone täysin varusteltu ja erittäin puhdas Hyvä sijainti ja Kattouima-allas. Omistajan oli erittäin reagoiva ja avulias. Vartijat ovat aina paikalla,joten se on turvallista.

Loved our 4 day stay here and fully recommend as a base for exploring Chiang Mai! Condo - stunning and brand new! Easy to find with very efficient security on-site, small swimming pool on the 16th floor, small coffee shop on the ground floor (tea/coffee/shakes and cakes!). Laundry, taxi and hire services available from the team in the foyer. Room - the best we've had on our Asia travels; large, well appointed and modern. Very comfy bed and all the facilities you'd need such as hair dryer, iron / ironing board, washing machine etc. Honestly perfect - would could have moved in for the long haul!! Location - super easy to get around the city from here as Tuk-Tuks are on the street outside and their price is the same or better than Grab. Only about 15 mins to get to the main sites. Food - 3 night markets / bazaars are no more than 10min walk away and all close together. Featuring everything you could want with a huge range of food choices. Multiple 7-11 stores are immediately nearby. Parking - brilliant, tons of spaces in the secure compound so perfect for bringing your own wheels (4 or 2 - as theres clear bays for scooters as well) Couldn't rate this highly enough; great pre-communication and perfect place to be for a few days or maybe even weeks!
