Location, a short stroll to the night markets. Pool was fantastic, crystal clear, and refreshing. Plenty of lounges for enjoying the sun. Breakfast was everything you need. Bed was supper comfortable.

It needs a freshen up. Just general wear.

The hotel is located in the middle of the Night Bazaar area - quite ideal for first time tourists. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was okay, pretty standard hotel food.

Voices and tv sounds from the next room, heard through the connecting part. They were very annoying and made it difficult for me to sleep. It's not like those people were particularly loud or anything. Hope it gets fixed.

Impressive building but definitely needs a refurbishment. Carpets in hallways looking tired. Breakfast on offer not that inspiring especially for 300 THB .

The reception staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The pool was very dirty and had a lot of algae on the walls,floor off pool,very unhealthy for swimming. I told the manager about the state off the pool, but nothing was done to rectify the problem.

Room was very spacious and extremely clean

It is quite dark at night even in the lobby / ground floor so may not be suitable for solo female travellers

Room, pool and common areas are in desperate need of renovation. Loose tiles in the pool etc… Lighting in room was dim or not working. Curtains damaged and dirty. Breakfast food was cold.

I stayed there 5years ago and again 2years ago and the hotel was good in condition.Now rooms are in need of lot of attention since my last stay there.( chairs beds curtains lamps stains on carpets.

the staff gave us early check in which we appreciate a lot. the stay was generally good as the room is quite big and spacious and there were many tables to put our things. the location is good as it’s just a 3 mins walk to the nearby night market.

the aircon wasn’t working really well for our room, the other 2 rooms was fine. some lights in the room wasn’t working too.

Very good hotel in Chiang Mai night life area. Everything is clean, staff is helpful. It's somewhat dated, but no issues with that at all. AC is strong as new

This is a really nice hotel, lovely rooms and good facilities. Breakfast is really good, showers are hot, room is spotless and staff seem happy. The lady cleaning my room was particularly nice and went out of her way to fix one or two small issues. I'll keep coming back here.

My only minor complaint is the hardness of the beds.
