Nous avons 3 kayaks avec pagaies à disposition. Beaucoup de téléviseurs, de systèmes de jeux pour les enfants et d'endroits tranquilles pour s'asseoir et se détendre pour les adultes. Les grands terrains permettent beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement et les remorques avec des bateaux, etc. Nous offrons une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et la maison dispose de plusieurs téléviseurs intelligents avec pour Netflix, Amazon ou Hulu, etc.

This location is great for anyone interested in Traverse City, Elk Rapids, Torch Lake, etc. Very easy to get to with grocery store and dining very close. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Pay close attention to the details in the communications from the property owners.

We had a great stay at this property, you could not ask for a better location. Grocery store & gas station are directly across the street and you're very close to all the lakes in the area. (The road you're on though is not busy & you can easily walk around). The outside of the home is deceiving at first, but the inside is nicely updated & has all the amenities you need. It was perfect for 2 adult couples and 1 child (could easily fit another kid or two). The best surprise for us was the garage- it fit both of our 25ft. bass boats easily which kept the dew off each night & our belongings extra safe. We would stay again.

The property was as described. it was clean, stocked with the essentials, and had enough space for our party of six. Ample parking. Our bed was comfortable. We chose it because Elk Rapids is centrally located between Traverse City, Bellaire, and Charlevoix. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, including suggesting many places and restaurants to visit in the area.

We spent a week here with six adults & it was great location. Right across the street from Village Market & walking distance to Ethanology. We rented a boat at Elk Rapids Marina & went to Torch Lake. We went to Mackinac Island, played golf at Elk Rapids Country Club. We enjoyed Taverse City & the Jolly Pumpkin. We ended up going to Charlevoix & Petoskey. Highly recommend for renovated interior, especially the two bathrooms and kitchen.

Home is right across from the grocery store. This house was very clean and spacious. No complaints other than I didn’t get responses from the owners a couple of times. I think this could be Vrbo problem and not necessarily theirs. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this property for a weekend away. There were many hiiking spots to enjoy. The house was stocked well with cooking supplies which we appreciate as we cook in.

Wonderful Weekend
Our family of 4 was in the area for Iceman and this was the perfect location for our stay. The house is clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Conveniently across the street from a grocery store, so we were able to take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and House
This property was very nice. Excellent location that allows you to explore Elk Rapids and also drive to Traverse City and spend the day exploring. Very nice to be able to walk across the street to the grocery for any food needs. The house had everything you need for a vacation including laundry, cooking supplies, bath towels and very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this property to any friends and family thinking about visiting the Elk Rapids/Traverse City area.

This place was amazing, everything was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable, it was just like home. The owners differently put a lot of thought in very thing for the house. Everyone were so friendly and made us feel like we were part of the community. We are differently are coming back.

Loved the house and the area
The house has open floor plan so you can carry on conversations across the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Perfect for connecting with friends and family. The grocery store is directly across the street, super convenient. Beds are comfy. The town of Elk Rapids is great. Restaurants within walking distance. The locals were very friendly. Bonfire pit in the yard is perfect size--the gas station across the street sells campfire wood. We were up for three days, so we didn't get to wander too far. Will definitely come back up and spend some more time in the area and will stay here again. Steve and Tammy were excellent hosts and made sure our stay was amazing.

Comfortable Month-long stay
Steve and Tami were excellent hosts and their house was great for my month-long stay working remotely in Elk Rapids this winter. The internet was fast and there was even a nice desk in one bedroom that wasn't shown in the pictures! The home had everything needed for a comfortable long term stay and Steven & Tami checked in regularly to make sure my stay was going well. The kitchen was well equipped (just note that the oven runs hot!) and it was very convenient to have the grocery store right across the street. Any winter activities besides walking around town were a short drive away, but there was an abundance of hiking and skiing options in every direction making it an ideal adventure location for the weekends. I really appreciated the huge garage - there was plenty of room for my 20+ foot truck so I could keep it out of the snow!

Great getaway location
We were very happy with our stay. The location was excellent for walks, and was close to restaurants. The owners were very responsive to questions we had when we first arrived. We appreciated the amount of dishware so we weren't constantly washing mugs, plates, etc. The bed we slept in, as well as the couch, was VERY comfortable!

All the needs were met. The house has a great layout. It worked well for two small boys. The kitchen is excellent to work with and they had all the pots and pans needed to make thanksgiving simple on us when doing it from scratch. The location could only get better if you are literally on the sand. It is a 2 minute drive to the village/Main Street and is awesome located across from a solid grocery store with beer, wine and liquor. The yard had fun games to play with for the boys. Just overall impressed. Additionally the beds were really solid mattresses. Happy to stay Again

The owners checked in often, made sure we had everything we needed, AND when we left 2 shirts hanging in the closet when we checked out, they personally delivered them to us the next weekend. Convenient and efficient
The property right off the main strip in Elk Rapids with a grocery store and gas station across the street. Upgrades to the home surely make this place accommodating while still having the older home vibe. Internet service was capable of handling my working and both kids managing their school's online activities mostly without issue. I'd def stay here again.
