Home was located perfectly for our week of baseball games. Grocery, shopping and restaurants right there as well was so convenient! Getting to beaches and activities within 10-20 min. Home also came so well stocked with items, that was very much appreciated. Pool was great for kids, we did get it heated and they loved it. If we visit the area again, def staying here again

Before the trip, host was great at communicating. They replied to questions very quickly. My family checked in- very easy. Home has plenty of towels, kitchen was great and had everything anyone could need. Including coffee maker with pot and pod. Pool was great, kids loved it. I look forward to booking this place again.

My husband and I stayed for a week, the first week of March. The property was very clean and the pool was fantastic! We paid extra to have it heated, and we enjoyed swimming every day. We will definitely stay again there when visiting that area.

Everything was as advertised, we enjoyed this house, is conveniently located in short proximity to nearly everything. Also we get lucky, weather was really great. Pool was warm too!

House was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. The house is only about a 10 to 15 min drive to all major restaurants and the beach.

First off the owners are so responsive and helpful. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen necessities including coffee filters. The pool was nice. A little chilly for my liking, but would be perfect on a hot day. It is shaded in the afternoon hours. Beds slept well. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. We would stay again if we decide to come back to Ft. Walton.

Spacious house to relax and hav fun! Not far from multiple boat launch areas! Pool and back yard was great!

The house was very well supplied! Therfore, we left amenities, for the next renter! Grass snakes, turtles, lizards...we love wildlife! Squirrels are entertaining! One quiet neighborhood! I love older homes! This unit was set up very well! Unit management was very helpful! We left extras for the next guest. We would like do it again. Kept us well informed about services, traffic and services nearby! Being from this region, we would of course, do it again!!! A enjoying time!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! We were absolutely thrilled with everything!! Grocery store and dollar general within walking distance and a short drive to great restaurants and beach access. Are only regret not staying longer.

It was a family trip so we had other family members over, we changed our minds about the pool and ask could we get the pool heated. The property owner came to cut it on so he see some of my family members over he began emailing me and harassing me about changing the amount of people that's living in the house with me. Came by asking one of the young teenage there questions that made me uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was nice

It was very nice. The place was clean. You can tell the owner’s really think of the people that stay there. They supply thing that most forget. Very thoughtful people.

For a first time vacation to Florida it was very awesome. Would recommend. Will definitely be back.

The pool was the standout here! It was warm and clean and larger than I expected! The house is on a busy road but it was surprisingly quiet. Clean towels, bedding and dishes. The oven was dated and we didn’t try to use it. Just keep that in mind if you are planning to cook! The stove top was separate though and worked great.

Property has everything you need. Very well stocked. Great pool. House is a little dated, but for the price, it can't be beat! Master bed was a little soft for my taste, but that's personal preference. I switched to the double bed and it was great. My only complaint would be the plastic mattress covers on the beds other than the master. Made trying to sleep very hot and noisy. But I am a finicky sleeper, so maybe me it's just me. Short drive to the beach, and we never had any trouble finding beach parking. Very convenient location for food and stores. I also liked how simple the checkout procedure was. Some of these rentals have gotten crazy with what they want you to do when you check out. Highly recommend!

The pool was the main draw for me for this place. It did not disappoint. It's DEEP and huge! The house is older but with very comfortable and clean furnishings. Very clean. Everything we could possible need including extra shampoo, lots of towels (including beach towels), well equipped kitchen, large cold fridge, spacious living room for sitting around chatting. Bedrooms are small but the beds were comfortable and the bedding very soft. Bathrooms also very small. I just loved meeting the owners. They were attentive and came over immediately to deal with the pool heater that was acting up. Great hosts make all the difference. I highly recommend this place. PS there are solar panels on the roof!

Beautiful property, extremely clean and close to everything! The pool was amazing! Our hosts were very accommodating and we are looking forward to coming back one day!

Our family of five really enjoy our spring break vacation in the house. Super cute and cozy. The pool was warm and we all had fun swimming. There is a park nearby, we roller skates there from the house as well. Shopping center and ice cream place near by (walking distance). We had a nice time and will be coming back :-) The hostess is very nice and promptly responds to any questions and offered suggestions what to see. We visited gulfarium and Air Force museum (both within 10min from the house).

Imaculate home with all the extras you could imagine. Perfectly clean huge pool that was heated. Comfortable furniture and everything you need in the kitchen. Our stay was perfect.

We booked because of the heated pool. Pool was perfectly warm and awesome even for December cooler temps. We cooked every night, and the kitchen had every thing and more. As I seen in other reviews, some furniture and decor is out dated, BUT...... are you really staying there for furniture and decor? Showers were a little low on water pressure, but wasn't that big of a deal. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

Perfect getaway with pool right outside master room. Very close to town & activities we enjoyed. Only a 15 minute ride to Destin.

Minor upgrades would help this intimate home. My seniors could have benefited from rubber back rugs, but everything was great. Host had plenty of the little extras. House was clean and close to retail and grocery shopping.
