Right on beach access with a convenient beach shower. Keyless entry so you don't loss keys at the beach, cafes close by.loved relaxing on the balcony, quiet neighbourhood.
There was no dedicated parking, when it's busy have to park around the corner.

Price, Location, convenience, spacious and host was very friendly and helpful.
Extra attention needed to increase comfort level such as eg: dust under the beds and in the corners. Crumbs in the kitchen utensils drawers, Lacked a few essential items such as scourer and hand soap in kitchen, colander, glad wrap, iron for clothes, working hair dryer, spare batteries for tv remote (host was very good and brought the spare batteries and hair dryer next day) vacuum cleaner (we stayed 7 days, a vacuum to self clean mid week would make it easier than sweeping). Overall, still a very enjoyable stay.

Great place, excellent surf beach, even an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. Saw dolphins and wales.

Liked everything, the location, amenities, access was amazing.
*Lights on the stairs are dangerous, sensor light that comes on of a night only comes on when at the top of stairs.
*Heating, needs more than the oil heaters, was cold at night and these heaters were not enough to heat the space.
* More blankets would be great too.

It was our second stay at Myley's Flat. I absolutely love the place, and the location was amazing. Everything was looked after. Nice kitchen with necessary untensiles. Master bedroom opening towards the ocean and nice big TV. It is just 1 minute walk from the beach. Kids go to the beach as they like. We will go there again.
The first thing we didn't like was the internet. It was very poor, and we kept dropping the nextflix.
Furniture is outdated, and some upgrades would be nice.

the property is in a quiet location. short stroll to the beach and surf club for a morning coffee. the property is clean and tidy has everything to be self contained.

Comfortable large apartment, next to the beach. Easy communication with the property. Complimentary items left were appreciated.
Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated.

It's exceptionally close to the beach. Literally a walk down the path and there you are! Fabulous for early morning walks and hearing the waves overnight. We found the unit clean and modern and the beds comfortable. There was a welcome gift of breakfast cereals, chocolate and potato chips, which was very thoughtful. The large upstairs deck is great for relaxed morning coffee and evening glass of wine watching the moon rise over the trees. It's a very quiet street and about 5 minutes to Forster for shopping and dining.
The ceiling fan didn't work in the second bedroom, but the owner provided a floor fan. And whilst there were a few essentials missing in the kitchen (like paper towels and dishwashing detergent), we found the owner really responsive and it didn't diminish our enjoyment of staying at Myley's Flat.

Great location, right next to One Mile Beach! Plenty of space in the apartment. Loved the complimentary food provided too.

Very close to beach and the sound of waves was amazing to listen to.
1. The property wasn't cleaned properly.
2. Fan in second bedroom was too noisy to use.
3. Remote in second bedroom wasn't working.

I loved the location! Super close to the beach without being too far away from town either. The apartment was spacious and the amenities were aplenty.
The only thing, if any, that I would change is having more than 1 toilet roll provided for the 3 nights and we couldn’t connect the TV to use streaming platforms. Although, despite these things we enjoyed Myley’s Flat and would definitely rebook.

Location was excellent and the host who tried very hard to get SBS on the TV to watch World Cup.

Very comfortable unit.. amazing location, quiet and spacious
Overall the cleanliness was not great, every surface had thick dust and the floor was sticky , plastic bag and toenails under the bed shows poor attention to cleaning, apart from that it is a great unit and would definetly go back
