The main problem for me was cleanliness. It was not clean. Black curly hair in the bathrooms and stuck to towels. A black fingerprint on a new roll of toilet paper. The walls were stained and gross. Please use semi-gloss paint! One part of the wall had blood? Or Ketchup? I don’t know, dripping down the wall in the dining room. Our second day, late at night the hot water stopped working in the main bathroom. The pilot igniter on the grill didn’t work. I did not attempt to contact the manager because of the initial lack of response. The pictures were cute online and it did have the same look as photos. Outside was cute but dusty/dirty. Overall the house needs a refresher. New paint and a deep clean. Our feet were black walking throughout. Sidenote: The house is located on a busy street and it’s difficult to turn left during high traffic times. Everywhere we went it took another 7-8 minutes of travel time. I did try to contact the management on arrival and no one responded. No one checked in with us during our stay. I only heard from him when he called to let me know he was working on the property. Thankfully we were at a conference and didn’t spend a lot of time there. Overall, it was unimpressive. I think if it were clean and management responsive, the grill and cold water would have been no big deal. It just added to the dissatisfaction.

The property was very clean. Good location. Lots of space. Bathrooms were very small and no hand rails in tub. Not good for older people. Kitchen sink leaked. Older than the pictures indicated. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Very accommodating. Beautifully decorated. Everything needed was there. The patio and back porch was nicely set up for outside dining. Located close to so many things. Thank you Shelby for being so helpful. Would highly recommend for your stay in Murfreesboro.

Full of thoughtful touches like toys, games, pak n play, etc. Very well stocked kitchen; anything we needed was found and more. Plentiful outdoor seating and dining. Second property we have rented from this host and will do so again.

All rooms were provided the necessary needs. Kitchen was comfortable with all appliances needed. Bathrooms had a bit of mold but nothing you can't fix. Master bathroom's sink gets clogged when used, so needs to be checked. The kitchen sink has some issues, keeps leaking. Overall, we had a good time at Tennessee and would love to come back. Once again, Thank you so much.

Payment and check in process went smoothly. House was clean but pictures of property must have been taken several years ago-didn’t feel like house was as modern and up-to-date as pictures showed. Need more hooks and/or shelving in bathrooms. Lots of room and privacy for all of us. Loved the patio area. Need more silverware - we only had 3 small spoons for example. Kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. House is definitely on a busy street and we were hearing sirens several times a day. Overall our stay was ok.

Shelby's house was perfect for a large family. Each room had it's own TV so people could have some alone time when needed. The living room and kitchen were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great too!

The home is an older home but in excellent shape. The home is spotless and is exactly as the pictures show. It was so nice to have a Christmas tree in the living room as this was a post Xmas family gathering. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is very spacious and clean. I had some issues getting into the property as I arrived late and did not receive check-in information so I ended up staying somewhere else my first night, but the next day, Shelby was very attentive. It does sit on the main road near MTSU's football stadium, so you do get road noise. I was a little concerned as I heard sirens throughout the day and night, but things seemed safe and I had no issues. If I was staying in the area or going to an event at the stadium, I would stay here again.

House was cute, older home. Decorations for Christmas were very nice. Off a very busy road, constant noise especially while in the front room. Daycare behind the home, friendly kids that said hi while we were enjoying the nice patio. Description includes a fire pit but no fire pit. Loved having the games in the family room cabinet (played Pictionary). TVs were really strange- we had to find hook ups, never found the twin bed room remote or how to turn on. Came on itself when we were trying to Apple play, then couldn’t figure out how to turn off the tv- strange. Master bed very creaky on one side. Family room couch very comfy. Ice maker works but ice dispenser does not. I felt overall stay was fine, odd that none of the reviews mention the busy road or day care. Murfreesboro square very charming.

I do not recommend this property to anyone. Upon arrival I was very disappointed. It was not clean at all. The floors had not been swept, the bathroom rugs had not been washed in a long time . The refrigerator and stove were disgusting. I emailed the owner when we first got there about the lights in the bedroom next to the kitchen. She never responded. We had to use lamps from other rooms for the lights. We had a good time en-spite of the dirty accommodations.

The space of the house is nice. I think that the house needs updates as far as kitchen goes and the bathrooms. There is mold growth in the main bathroom and it needs a fan to move the air about. I believe they need to have the air ducts cleaned in the house as well. We immediately started sneezing. The fire pit is no longer there. It's been overgrown by a huge tree in the backyard. We felt like we were staying at a relatives house that doesn't have guests often. Also the ice machine doesn't work.

Stayed at this house for our daughter's wedding. Perfect for our group of six, but could have accommodated more! Convenient location with driveway that can handle multiple vehicles. Large kitchen and back yard. Would recommend and stay here again!!

The house is an up-dated older home but with everything a stay might require. We enjoyed our week there and would book again. The only thing I would change would be to make the drive-way entrance wider. Other than that, you have done a great job with this property. Thanks! P.S. Overall, great stay. Very close to main road but wasn’t to busy or noisy.

Could walk to MTSU. Great location and perfect outside area to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our girls loved running around in the back yard.

It was perfect for the reason we were in town. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat. There was a smell in the living room, I believe it was the carpet. It was very clean.

We spent a great deal of our time at the dinning room table and the Patio. House was very nice. Two thumbs up.....

The house is very nicely furnished. My teens thought the WiFi and TVs were great. I loved the outside patio, which was well- furnished and private. Great laundry room had a huge built in desk that I used for working all day and was separated from the rest of the house nicely .

We were in the area and needed to stay close to MTSU. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We could be there in 1 min. There was a problem with the air conditioning but the owner fixed it quickly.

Easy to get to and was not far from where we need to be.

Came to see my nephew graduate and have a little dinner celebration at the house. This house made it very easy to do just that, it came with everything we needed to have a nice time, and be able to make a pandemic graduation a little special for my nephew.

This was a good visit. We needed a place close to our family in Murfreesboro where a couple families could stay, and this worked out well for us.
