Great property for the weekend. Had a roomy garage if you wanted to park inside. We do wish there was a keypad instead of a physical key for the front door. House was clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of towels.

We spent 5 nights here with my daughter's family. The house served 8 people well. Large house and everyone had their own space. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and cooking utensils. The spices, cooking oil etc were an added bonus. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets. The former reviews that mentioned traffic and train noise were accurate, especially if you are in the bedroom nearest the road. Although the house is set back a ways from the main road. The traffic noise was mostly in the morning. I couldn't give this house a five star rating because it could use a thorough cleaning and some minor maintenance. ie: dust in certain areas, blinds that don't work properly, fireplace glass is dirty. Also, the fireplace gas was shut off so we couldn't use it and there was NO hot tub (as listed in the amenities.) Like I said "minor issues." My daughter and her husband loved the house and probably would have given it a Five. My wife and I have very high expectations for cleanliness and upkeep, thus the four rating. We enjoyed our stay and the location was great for attending a function in Columbus and going to the aquarium.

This property was in excellent condition throughout. We had four adults and one child and we each had out own bedroom and bath. We were in town for a family baby shower and this property was only five minutes away from my daughter's in the Maple Shade development. It was perfect!

House was beautiful and very comfortable! I would stay there again and won’t hesitate to tell others about it!

Our family spent Christmas at this property. We had 6 adults and 4 Grandkids. The 4 bedrooms were excellent and the upstairs bedroom with 4 single beds was perfect for the kids. That was their hangout. The downstairs had a spacious kitchen and plenty of seating. We’d definitely recommend it if you’re having a family gathering.

Stayed st the property over Labor Day Weekend. The house is very spacious and accommodating to big groups. Stephen was very responsive to and questions i had. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the home while in town for a baseball tournament. Although, we did not get to spend a lot of time at the house, it was wonderful and provided everything that we needed. The home was large and in a great area. I am always very cautious renting a place in an area that we don't know well, but our group could not have asked for a better place. Stephen and Sally were both wonderful to work with and answered all my questions very timely in helping to set up for our stay. I would definitely book here again.

We used this property for our stay away home while visiting our daughter in Georgia. It was in a very quiet neighborhood even though the road was fairly busy it was not noisy or even a bother. Home is well kept and we'll managed. There are alot of shopping options and close to many options for groceries and dining .When we return we will be checking in to see if this property is available. Thank you again for the use of your home to make Georgia feel more like home.

This property was the perfect place for our family to rest and unwind between wedding weekend events. It was beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the openness of the main living space. The kitchen had everything you might need. The property was quiet and private. Check in was easy. We would love to stay here again!

although we planned for 9 of us, 7 of us stayed at this lovely home. Check in was easy, everything was just as pictured. Kitchen is well stocked, we enjoyed hearty breakfasts, and everything was comfortable with plenty of space. Communication was excellent, and we would stay here again.

My group was in town for the One Love Cycling event in Fairburn GA. The house was in great proximity to all events. The house had 5 bedrooms which was enough rooms for 5 guys. The house was clean and the amenities were awesome. The garage was a plus because were able to store our bikes in there. The house is close to grocery stores and places to eat. The property managers were responsive and assisted us promptly with one hiccup upon checking in. I would book again.

The property overall was just as advertised. But the SMELL. They used some kind of superperfumy cleaner that had us both sneezing as soon as we walked in. Sadly, my husband had an allergic reaction and we had to abandon the place after one night.

Staying in this most adorable home was an awesome experience. I traveled from Michigan to celebrated my 50th birthday with my husband, family, and friends. The area was peaceful and beautiful; the community was very friendly. I’m looking forward to booking again next summer.

This property was excellent for our family! It was a delightful home, but maybe it should be mentioned that there is much large truck and railroad noise.

This house allowed plenty of space for meetings which could be scheduled on our time as opposed to a hotel. It offered relaxed atmosphere for getting to know business associates on a casual level. The location was quiet, near great restaurants and easy for out of state attendees to get to.

We live locally, reserved this house as we had 20+ in town for Thanksgiving and needed extra space. This house was perfect. My family complimented the comfy beds. House was clean, great location for PTC, Tyrone, Fayette County in general. Easy to find, nice long driveway with easy parking. Also really appreciated owner’s responsiveness and flexibility adding days on to beginning and end of days originally booked as family changed plans. We would definitely rent again.

This place is not suitable for black families or young adults. They have a very dangerous guy who lives behind the house who spies and dare you to pass a tree. He tells you that you will be shot if you pass the tree. He threatens that he is a police officer which is a lie. The house is nice but there is a major bug problem in the kitchen, my daughter had to get medical attention because of an insect bite. I’m going through VRBO to be compensated for her medical bills .

Overall stay was great. Plenty of space for a family. House was very clean and well furnished. Mattresses were a little hard for our preference. We would definitely recommend the property for your stay in the area.

Came for a family wedding and small vacation. Home was centrally located for us to everything. Host was kind and very good with communicating. My entire family enjoyed their time. I highly recommend this home.

We visited Georgia for a family wedding. House was perfect for three generations of family to use as a base. Room layout allowed for adequate privacy. Public areas were suitable for morning and evening family gatherings and meals.

This house provided space and comfort for three families during a reunion. The location was convenient for a run into Atlanta or a drive out into the county. The younger kids loved the upstairs bunk room, and the master suite was a hit with my bride.
