Coffee was hot and good. Other than that, breakfast was mediocre.

I thought the breakfast was ok not many choices. It was limited considering the price of the room. Coffee was good but hot foods were lacking but plenty of breads and cereals if that's what you want.

Wonderful staff and location was great! The hotel was clean and up to date.

The hallway just inside the door was so narrow that we had a tough time bringing in the luggage cart. We also found a couple of bugs in the bathroom, but overall, the room seemed to be clean, so we didn’t say anything.

Front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean comfortable room.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed; soft sheets. The bathroom was large and well laid out. We liked the layout of the large shower so much that we took photos to consider as part of a project to remodel our home shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Staff was great. Exceptional staff especially the breakfast staff who has to listen to all the complaints about the new breakfast choice. There were several besides mine.

The breakfast is absolutely terrible. "New corporate policy" on breakfast was never told to me orally or in writing or I never would have booked here. There is no bread, toast, anything hot. No microwaves. No ovens. No toasters. Shame on you! Changed policy not for the better. For this reason alone this is a 1 star rating. Will be going to Hilton and Hampton which has full hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, etc. This is the worst breakfast choice ever offered. For this reason will not be using Faifield Inn. There are vastly better choices.

Everthing was to my liking. I had a really great stay. Staff was nice. The room was great. I missed brakfast so im not sure how it was, lol.

Nothing major. Could use about 2 more wash cloths upon, initial check in. The main thing that i did get annoyed with was still nothing major, but this was actually the second time I've stayed at a Fairfield Hotel through booking.com and the front desk seems to have a hard time finding my reservation before I can actually check in. I would even have my reservation/confirmation number to reference to. Im not sure if they are looking for it under the card holder name, whether it be mine or my huband's, rather the those numbers or anythimg other than the name I book with. But if so, then that still confuses me because I booked with Both our names as well as my booking.com account has my married name as well. It just kinda gives an uneasy feeling like youre not going to be able to get a room if they cant see it on their end or even are having a hard time tryig to find it, even though youve paid in advance and have a confirmation

The pre-packaged breakfast items were good. The staff was informative and engaging. Cleanliness was very good.

Pool was not open.

The room was nice, the shower was great, the bed was good. Overall, a very good experience and would stay again and recommend.

The room hall/foyer was a little narrow, made getting the cart into the room a little cumbersome. No waffles for breakfast was a little bit of a letdown, although the availability of oat milk for cereal was a plus.
