The furniture is very uncomfortable and you can't sit and visit in one room. I think there should be a BBQ grill (which there is not). We could have at least gathered on the back porch. It should state in the listing that it's a community pool and is not close to the rental. Coffee pot takes a special kind of pod, which of course we didn't have and should be supplied! (which it isn't)

We loved the house It was so comfortable and felt like home. It is close to everything, yet secluded and quiet. Each evening, we would sit on the patio, watch the sunset and enjoy the antics of the wildlife.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The views and location are good. Charmingly furnished.

The carpets were stained by tread and spills and the walls were in need of fresh paint in some areas. The seating is uncomfortable.

The view was terrific from the terrace, and it was lovely to sit out on the verandah with the lights on at night. Location was also great - quiet and easy to access. The decor inside is lovely.

It wasn't clear from the pics how far the pool was from the house - we never used it. Also not clear was that this house is joined to another one - and we had privacy until the last day, but there are neighbours and they adjoin the terrace. We never managed to work out how to operate the fan on the terrace - would be good to have some guidance notes in a welcome folder of some kind as to where the pool is, where the lights are, how the fan works, etc. There was no info.

Great property in a nice quiet and very safe neighborhood. house had lots of great southwestern art and a beautiful view of the Arizona desert from the patio.

A simple functional and comfortable home. Perfect for a family of 4. The Tucson city view and desert surroundings were a big plus. We loved spending leisurely mornings on the back patio looking out over the vista, listening to all the birds. The house was well equipped providing all the features we needed!

Absolutely nothing. It couldn't have been better. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only downside perhaps was the distance to the Tucson downtown which has many of the town's attractions, but it was more than compensated for by the pleasant surroundings and views being on the hillside north of town.

shower (you couldn’t turn it on until you were in it unless you had inhumanly long arms), bath/shower in second room (didn’t drain properly). lack of basic kitchen supplies (dishcloth, dish towel, cutting board), watered down dish soap, lack of instructions on trash (trash was in the courtyard when we arrived, bag not even closed, and it stayed there for a whole week)
