The room was clean; breakfast was good; the location was great, stores are within walkable distance; the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was allowed early check-in as I reached early. Really appreciate it.

Love the beds! Wish I had one at home just like it!!

Tv needs to have a guide in it. We have to surf each channel to see what's on and it's usually a commercial every time we change the channels. Also the back button doesn't work on the remote. This isn't our first stay. Breakfast was great variety but tasted terrible.

Only one out of five days received room service. l had to go find one of the maids on two different days to trade for clean towels.

This property was very nice inside and had a very good breakfast selection.

I had to call up to the front desk to ask where sheets for the pullout couch were. They told me I had to get them upfront and then I had to go back to the room and make the bed myself which is just a pain after a long day of traveling. we also had a baby cockroach in our room and I let the front desk know exactly where it was (on the wall above the bathroom) and they just ok. No apology or anything, just a little frustrating because it did make a few of my kids scream when they saw it and it was a whole ordeal with my family and being in the room after that.

The floor in our bathroom was desperately in need of repair. Cracked tiles and a tile that was very loose and rocked back and forth. Our refrigerator didn't work either. Slow elevator.

When I got to my room the heater didn’t work I called down to the front desk I was offered blankets I was very upset I told the lady oh no I didn’t pay 187 to be offered blankets I want a diffrent room I was told they were completly booked till some one else got on the phone and moved me over one room why lie

Our room was a bit humid. The tile in the bathroom was broken and the floor was uneven. Definitely a safety issue.

Room was made for handicap which was need of attention badly! The door was dragging on the floor! shower head was broke and shower floor was filthy!!

Room was nice. Breakfast was great. Parking lot was well lit and although across from the mall, it seemed plenty safe to me.

Good hotel. I had an issue with a package of mine being opened (accidentally) by a staff member..which caused me some headaches with the recipient (my client) and my own time. Also, the jacuzzi was not working properly, but it was hot.
