Aveva una vista pazzesca sul mare, era a 10 min dal centro, le camere erano molto ampie e luminose, sia il proprietario che la mamma sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti
Probabilmente il fatto che non avesse nessuna luce nel giardino per la notte, quindi quando tornavamo la sera dovevamo accendere la luce della torcia. Inoltre, il bagno era un po’ piccolino

Great location. Comfortable bed. Good for a very short stay (we did it before our flight in the morning).
The bathroom is very poor, there is no sound isolation and also instead of a window above the door there is a hole, so all the steam and smells enter the kitchen from the bathroom. AC in the master bedroom was leaking. The balcony is tiny, so do not expect much from it.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. It suited our family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The main bed was comfortable but the two single beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but ok. The kitchen had everything we needed, and contained all the extras like oil and coffee and tea etc.
Ivan our host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to our messages and helped us out when we left a few items behind!
He also arranged transportation for us.
So overall the building is a little bit run down but the price is very reasonable for what you get.
There is also a little Prosecco bar across from the building that has amazing views, they also so breakfast… and they kindly let us pass through there to get to the main road which was an easier path for us to walk into town.

We had very nice vacation with my mom and sister. Apartment was quite clean (except that we liked to rewash dishes). Host's son were also kind and we got his whatsapp for asking questions about anything. He was so helpful and his english were at good level! Easy to communicate and get help when needed. They also respond to an email quickly. Trust worthy place.

good location. many cats and turtles, which the kids enjoyed. it was easy to get to main attractions walking.
a bit small for five persons, the balcony was also very small. no dining table for five persons. there was no elevator.

Very good location, next to the old town (10 min walk), only little to go up and down. Several beaches nearby. The area is extremely quiet and safe. House of older construction, the apartment is very well equipped, maybe too little space in the bathroom. There was a view through the windows to the sea, the balcony was small, it could be 2 people at one time, a good morning coffee on the balcony and an evening rest after a walk. Highly recommend, the value for money is great. Allowed to check out later. Thank you.

Its hard to say - but actually only the location and view from the windows (sea view). It is really spacious, really a lot of space - in old building with some history. It looks so much better on the outside than on the inside. The balcony is ultra small - only two chairs and small table fit there - but was OK for evening sitting and relax. The distance from Dubrovnik Old Town - is 15 min (toward) and 20-25min return (as its all uphill walk). Hot water and view are the only great things. Air-Conditioning is working OK.
old appartment. No realy modern stuff there. Its really basic place with poor internet. TV sets are small just like laptop screen. Kitchen very basic. Not clean in general. Parking not available - if you have a car to park - try to find something else. We were lucky and we have left car for 3 full days on the street nearby (approx 30 euro / day, payed from 6am-22h). Local public parking/garage is 2x more expensive. No local shop (one nearby is 10 min walk and very poor). Next to the building is an open-air cinema - and movies are played until approx 22h.
