Beautiful big room! Has everything you need! Super clean! We loved it and would definitely stay here again!!

I've stayed at a few locations in the NSB area, and this was one of the best deals/locations. Great view, cozy furniture, and a huge kitchen island that is great for hanging out. The recliners in the living room are amazingly comfortable, but they will swallow items in a heartbeat. If you can't find something...look there first.

What a beautiful and clean condo to enjoy in a great community will two great pools and very easy access to the beach. Awesome view from the living room looking through a double wide, fully retractable, set of sliding doors leading out onto the balcony. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back again soon. Fantastic place.

Great Location, Great Amenities, Great Host. All was perfect. Would 100% Book Again. Actually wanted to next weekend but was booked as expected. No need to look elsewhere. Great Pools, Beach Access, Amazing View!

For many years we have stayed at another condo on NSB so needless to stay we were a little leery on staying at a different place. But needless to stay this condo has exceeded our expectations on many levels .Sherie was very easy to communicate with from the beginning the end. We will be back for sure 😊

Awesome property in a great location. Really nice living spaces, very organized, and inviting. Loved the extras in the storage closet! Condo comfort, heated pool, shuffle board, beach, local activities (Marine Discovery Center, bike rides, kayaking, etc.) all helped make our trip.

The condo was conveniently located and recently remodeled with beautiful kitchen open to very spacious living area. Wall of glass windows/doors to balcony provided an incredible view. Our host was very friendly and helpful, even texting info about a space launch happening during our stay. We hope to stay here again next year!!

We loved The Pelican.

We enjoyed the spacious balcony view and the majestic waves. Getting out to the beach was super easy and the pool area and the amount of seating was amazing. We hope to stay there again.

This is not our first stay at this unit. The host is amazing and the location is as well. We have been coming to NSB for years and this is the place we come back to every time we get a chance.

This place was perfect for us. Pool time, beach time and great local restaurants with affordable prices. Clean, spacious and beautiful views. Just what we needed!

Property was well kept. Great beach and pools. Condo was immaculate and well supplied with all necessities. Location was excellent and close to bars and restaurants

My wife and I had a great time. Sherie was great to deal with and the property was exactly as described. We cant wait to come back.

Our family had a great time at this condo in New Smyrna. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions honestly before our trip. Hurricane Ian had come through only a couple of weeks before our stay so we were nervous about what we would find - all for nothing. The condo was wonderful - Great view, very comfortable and located on the beach, close to dining and shopping. And while there was a little bit of damage, we were able to prepare to deal with it because we knew ahead of time (nothing major just a couple of minor inconveniences that couldn't be helped). When we get a chance to go back to the east coast of Florida, we will absolutely want to stay here again.

Very easy to deal with

The Pelican is an awesome place to stay. Great facilities and views from every condo! Sherrie was a wonderful host and was very easy to connect with anytime. Her condo was well equipped and comfortable.

Host was amazing, loved the space of the condo. Usually we end up getting there and the pics were deceiving. This was the opposite. Location was awesome and it was just all in all a great place. We will be going back!

The property was great.. clean, spacious & an amazing view! Just minutes from anywhere we wanted to go, yet we still had the relaxing quiet as if we were miles away from any busy tourist spot. Sherie is an amazing host that ensured we were able to arrive w ease & never have to worry about anything w the property.. Sherie was very responsive to messages before, during & after the stay making sure we had all the info we needed. She went out of her way to contact us when hearing of the shuttle launch during our stay.. to advise of us the time & that we could see it from the condo. I would be more than happy to stay here again & have Sherie as my host!

Fantastic view

We had a couple hiccups (like any vacation will), but the host was quick to take care of things for us! I was definitely in my happy place being able to sit and watch the ocean! Beautiful view, really nice pools and close to several good food options!

This is a perfect location just steps from the beach. It’s dated for sure but as long as that’s what you’re expecting it’s a great unit with fantastic glass wall of doors/windows overlooking the ocean.

The Pelican is a very quiet family-oriented getaway. The beach is sandy and clean, the people are friendly and helpful, we hope to return.

By Far this place was amazing. Very Easy to get into. Had no issues. was very impressed with how a lot of the things that were available to us. Not to mention the huge balcony and view of the ocean. I will be back again next year

Everything with the whole rental process was so uncomplicated which was exactly why I needed a vacation to begin with!
