The location is great and the apartment is fairly big for two travellers.

- The miscommunication on arrival, as mentioned in a few comments. we waited quite a bit for the check-in despite having communicated our hour of arrival three times already the day before and the same day. - The bare minimum amenities; just a few tea bags for two nights and the coffeee machine (mocca) did not work on the ceramic. - We rented this apartment for the parking. But on arrival it was not clear we could park there below the building. There were already two cars and the space was quite small. We finally parked there (paying 30 euros cash for two nights to do so...) and the next day we had to move our car as other guests were leaving. The landlord said the other stayed longer than us. Anyway, very confusing and expensive for a service that is advertised on Booking.

A great place. In an ideal location, close to shops, restaurants, train station and everything what you need. Very nice and helpful owner :) . I recommend!

Total lack of communication,they did not answer our Phone and messages,we contact them whit the help of those from Booking.Upon departure they only said to leave the key în the room and nothing else. I spent 7 days white the garbage în the kichen and wet towels ,as the room is dar and din not dry untul the net day.

The host was amazing and the apartment location was close to everything worth visiting. Cloase to the city center, shops and restaurants - we definitely recommend the apartment for a short stay in Genova - as it’s great value. Small snacks provided by the host, found that quite nice.

The apartment was a bit dark, not that much natural light, and the entrance hallway was shared with another apartment.

The apartment is super clean and nice and has a great location with everything within walking distance. It also has a parking lot. The host welcomed us with a little sweet compliment, kindly helped us with our questions and made sure that we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend this place and will come again! Thank you Beatrice! :)

The curtains don't really black out the light from the outside at night which is not comfortable when it comes to sleeping. There are not enough holders for towels in the bathroom, it would be great to have some more.

Really big and quiet apartment in the middle of the center. The hosts were very kind and helpful and easy to reach. They even offered a private (tiny) parking spot and helped me with parking! We were not a big fan of the city itself, so we were happy we had a nice place to retreat.

Miscommunication about the exact address of the apartment: it was very stressful to look for the apartment in the busy streets and roundabout.
