Property was not maintained i.e. toilet door, cabinet doors. Cockroack in the kitchen. Misleading advertisment - in booking.com it advertised to have a bunk bed but it does not have, it only have a spare mattress/folding bed. Bunk bed and folding bed are NOT the same.

There's no FREE CARPARK.

It’s really near to SM Davao .
The facilities are not good , the rooms are also not so much clean , One of the bed is shaken when you lay down so can’t sleep comfortably.
The bathroom is not clean and the faucet in the sink is almost broken. Also the fan in the living room is almost broken . I hope it will improve more .

The location, it’s walking distance to SM City Davao.
The owner is prompt in answering requests and questions.
I chose the property with bunk beds and a sofabed but there were no bunk beds, just 2 extra futon. No sofabed either, just the sofa. The caretaker only answered my call before we checked in. During my stay, the caretaker of the property did not answer my calls.

The space for a 2BR is good.
There were only 2 beds.
The Sofa looks like it could use some steam cleaning.
The shower could use a shower curtain.
The screen door needs some repair.

One oasis is very good place to stay but this unit it was not that clean , when u r expecting the garden view but found that ur view is the garbage collecting area and electric generator . Old bed sheets in the kids room
They have a spider web on the wall it means unit was not properly cleaned long time ago it was unit 1-114

we have an elderly in wheelchair with us.the room was PWD friendly since ground floor lang po and sa bldg 1 lang malapit lang sa gate.online po lahat transaction from room rental pati na po sa parking fee pwed gcash. very accomodating po cla.

We are very happy with our stay. The 2 bedroom unit has all the minimum you would expect. The beds were comfortable enough, and as well the lounge was comfortable. A bonus was the washing machine which was a god send being able to was a few clothes.
While there was a few minor wear and tear items that could be repaired but nothing that was an issue.
There was one item that was a major concern (though it turned out not to be) was that the elevator had just been fixed and had been out of order apparently for a little while. This would have been a major issue had the elevator been not working as we were on the top floor and I have a medical condition.
Just something to be aware of.

Convenience to the Mall next door. Security. Pool is nice but very strictly controlled. No eating by the pool and no wet clothes where you are allowed to eat.
Not a complaint but notice for the owner, the toilet seat needs securing. Also we ran out of fresh drinking water. It would be nice if a change over bottle was provided.
