I like the building but i think there is something need to repair because every little part of it need to have a quality on construction. And the I think they have to have some more choices in breakfast.

There is no bathtub. I wish every single room has it. The amenities were not what I expected. I need to call for the hairdryer and the choices of drinks were only coffee

Breakfast is delicious

The shower drainage is not draining we have to wait for the engineering team to fix it since the water is now overflowing on the bathroom floor. The room is too bare, not gonna lie it's not worth the money I spent.

i like the location next to SM Mall. We liked the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The price seems to be good.

Very comfy to stay in, staff are accomodating, the place is very clean and also the food is delicious. And we've stayed at 8th floor, the view is very nice. You can see the city lights, we really enjoyed our stay with my family

Wifi, bed and the staff… we love the staff, the reception, security, and the bellhops. Been to other hotels like Dusit,Waterfont but the front desk staff are nothing like Acacia. They are very accomodating, friendly and the fastest of all hotels here in Davao City. Though we had a a bit of a problem with the adding of rooms, Marc was able to resolve it and courteously sent the keycard to our room right away like in 2mins. I’m amazed.

1. AC— AC in our room is not working good. Stays 24 degrees celsius, no matter how we set it to lower. The repairman tried to fix it, but it’s still not cool enough like the air is still warm… just went down to 23 degees 😭. I’m shy to call again to have it fix.. tbh it made us frustrated and uncomfy esp on the second night. The other two rooms I booked are chilly though. Its just our room, I guess. 2. Bathroom — moldy shower walls and shower head. 3. Pool— 4ft only. It would have been better if they have like 6ft.

Good location with great facilities and amenities

location is close to everything. staff were nice and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was excellent

first night aircondition was broken, we were transferred to a room which aircondition was also broken. maintenance came in ad midnight to fix the issue, then next day again. So we didn’t sleep well on the first night at all especially the kids. Also big amount of time wasted instead of us resting, maintenance guys were there fixing the AC. I asked for any compensation for the first night if inconvenience but nothing was offered. Also we found old food under the bed.
