The gym is amazing. All brand new cardio equipment and cable weights. Bottled water. Television. Enjoyed natural light from huge windows. Mirrors. Clean area. Breakfast was good, hot food and large selection. Very friendly staff.

The room had a bit of a smell to it, kind of musty. I didn’t care for that but the good outweighed the bad. The bathroom floor could have been cleaned better, around toilet and bath tub. Deeper clean. Pillows could be improved.

Good location, newer hotel with a decent breakfast and good price.

Although this is a pet friendly hotel (are there any that aren’t?) the desk clerk assured me the 4th floor would have rooms where pets hadn’t been because we’re both allergic to animal fur. Our couch had fur all over it, so that theory wasn’t true. At one point someone was checking in and his dog was off leash and wandering around where people were eating breakfast. I feel as though the desk clerk should’ve said something.

Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen und das Personal super freundlich. Das Hotel hat Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und ist in einigen Minuten Fahrzeit vom schönen Rapid City entfernt.

Friendly staff, good breakfast included, comfortable bed.

VERY disappointed that there was no cleaning of our room during our 2 night stay, was not aware of this when I booked, would have stayed elsewhere. I was told if I needed clean linen/towels, I could pick them up at the desk. Also the room was not the cleanest, dusty on all surfaces, TV was really dirty looking. Bathroom was clean 👍🏼
