Loved having a couch and chair in a separate space. Nice variety of pillows on bed. Comfortable beds. Pretty, yet neutral colors used in decor. Had plenty of towels available.

Would have liked a TV in the "living room" (only had one in the "bedroom") and an ice machine on the floor where my room was. Fridge in room could have been colder.

Easy access to interstate. Plenty of parking. Good restaurant across the parking lot.

Great place for families! The kids loved the pool. Our room was spacious and clean. Location was close to all the sites we wanted to see and close to restaurants.

More variety at breakfast. Same items all 4 days we stayed.

When I got to my room, the toilet had not been flushed. I mentioned this at the front desk, and they apologized and gave me extra points for the inconvenience. Also, the tissue box was empty - doesn't housekeeping check these things?? Also, people above were running around and jumping up and down into the night which was not restful for me.

Accommodating

This property was more than I had ever expected! Extremally clean room and bathroom! Our double queen room with extra living space was a perfect fit for my family of 4! Gave us plenty of room to move around and for the kids to play and be in their own space! Breakfast was excellent, property was well maintained and not far off the interstate.

The location

We had to defrost the refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. We weren't told about the policy for needing to request our room be straightened, trash dumped and towels changed. When we filled out the form they just dropped off a bag of towels outside our door. Should have seen it coming when we checked in. The lady behind the desk never smiled and never welcomed us. The bathroom door stuck closed. The main door to the room slammed if we didn't hold it to close it. When we were ready to leave none of the luggage carts were available for over an hour and we ended up carrying all our luggage and snacks by hand out to our vehicle.

Directions from online reservations rather vague, a little hard to figure out coming from the south on Hwy. 79. Getting out of property onto main access road a little congested and hard to get out of property, but manageable.

The wrong date got booked someone was supposed to call me nobody did. I called three times and left a message and nobody called me back, very disappointing! I had to pay for a room that I never got to use.
