The hotel is in a great location at the center of the city very accessible to everything by foot and there is a taxi stop right at the corner as well. The staff were wonderful throughout the whole stay. They were able to accommodate us one hour before check in time and once we checked out we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time for us to leave. The rooms are pretty big and very comfortable. They provided us with extra blankets to make sure we stay warm.

The hotel was in the heart of the Historical Center and close to many stores. The staff were nice and the rooms were pretty spacious.

Everything, wonderful hotel in all aspects. The photos don’t due the hotel justice in my opinion. It is spacious and very well done blending the old and new. The rooms have been brought up to modern standards. The roof top restaurant that serves breakfast was terrific. You can’t ask for a better location to go to all the museums and sites in Zacatecas.
The staff was very friendly and professional. Will recommend the gem of a hotel to friends and family.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Loved everything. We especially enjoyed our patio. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big and stocked with nice towels and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious. The staff in hotel and restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Great stay at an amazingly affordable price for the quality of the stay.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable! The staff was awesome. Housekeeping kept our room super tidy and clean every morning. The waiters were so friendly and kind. Front desk was also very helpful. Everything was accesible from the hotel which was nice. We were right in the city center and walking distance from everything. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Totally recommend!
The breakfast was so yummy but the only negative is they serve the same food every morning. It’s not a huge deal breaker but something to keep in mind.

We arrived with large van for 8 people and just in front of hotel they could let us park. The hotel is very well located in center of Zacatecas.

historic building, friendly staff, central location, good value for money
all good. maybe good for other travelers to know that most rooms open up to internal courtyard, so not much external daylight.
Hotel was empty when we stayed so no issue. During high season I wonder about privacy and noise…
