La ubicación
No me gustó porque reservé una habitación doble para cuatro personas y nomás me dieron una sencilla para las cuatro personas que ibamos y el costo fue el mismo y ya se imaginarán que friega dormir cuatro personas en una cama

Great location, very close to the cathedral.
View of the cathedral from room.
One of the staff spoke English.
Comparatively cheap.
Fan provided in room.
Places to hang towels in bathroom.
Soap provided in both shower and on basin.
Beautiful mural painted on the room wall.
It's really hard to complain when a hotel has a low price, but in the interest of sharing information, here are some negative points:
Door had no double lock.
Couldn't lock widow, but there was a barbed wire fence on the outside, so no one could get in from roof terrace.
Being close to the centre, there was lots of bass coming from nearby bars/clubs. (This just happened on one of the two nights that I stayed, so maybe it's not usually a problem.)
One downside of being so close to the cathedral is that when the church bell rings, it's very loud. If you are a light sleeper like me, you'll definitely need ear plugs. But with ear plugs, the noise wasn't a problem.
The curtains don't close properly, so bright sunlight streams into the room early, but again, this can be solved with an eye mask.
No electrical sockets near the bed.
No bedside lights, although the main light switch was near the bed.
Not very clean.
Poor WiFi connectivity - often connected without internet.
Despite listing all these negative points, I'd like to reiterate that this is expected at this price point and I was perfectly comfortable staying here and would stay again.

I pretty much agree with the comments posted by prior guests. The location is ideal. It's within an easy walk to the center of town. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough; I didn't have any problems falling asleep. There were some outside noises although I couldn't quite make out if it came from a person singing loud out on the streets or if it came from a bar. Fernando and Umberto were very accommodating and friendly.
WiFi service wasn't that great. It comes and goes.

The location was great, just 2-3 blocks from the main square. The rooms were great, I had to move rooms after 2 nights, one had a kitchen and fridge but no views, the other room had views of the cathedral. Staff were friendly in my limited interaction. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. They provide a towel on check in.
The internet was spotty and kept cutting off which can be sometimes frustrating but overall it worked. The rooms were cold for this time of the year, maybe a in room heater would help for a great night's sleep.

Location is as central as it gets, just behind the cathedral but quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. Place clean. Excellent value.
WiFi not always ok. Some more sockets for charging would be good. They don’t do breakfast, plenty of local places do but few open before 8am.

The upstairs patio was amazing. Location was great.
From the website, it looks like all the twin double rooms have kitchens and that is not the case. The property said that I should have confirmed with them in order to have received a room with a kitchen even though my reservation said I had one. Instead I got a lackluster, tiny room with access to the fridge and microwave at their property next door (down two flights of stair and half a block away). The attitude of the front desk staff could be greatly improved. They seemed to think that my kitchen problem was my fault for booking wrong. The staff seems to be university kids who probably aren't paid enough to care. On my last morning, an older man was working who was incredibly helpful though.
