Beautiful Ocean & Sound Views! Luxury Vacation with In Ground Private Pool!
Cette magnifique maison de deuxième rangée offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan et le son. Asseyez-vous sur le pont et détendez-vous au son des vagues ou nagez dans la piscine privée. Cette maison dispose de 8 chambres de luxe et de 4 1/2 salles de bain. L'étage inférieur comprend deux chambres et un salon avec télévision et trois canapés-lits. Il y a aussi une petite cuisine à ce niveau. Le deuxième étage comprend 4 chambres et une tanière avec table de billard. Le dernier étage a la suite principale avec une salle de bain privée plus une chambre de plus. La cuisine principale, le salon et la salle à manger sont également au dernier étage. Il y a aussi un nouvel ascenseur du rez-de-chaussée jusqu'au sommet. Quel endroit merveilleux pour faire des souvenirs de famille. Enlevez vos chaussures et détendez-vous ou poursuivez le plaisir et l'aventure d'Emerald Isle avec des parcs aquatiques, un parcours de golf de championnat de 18 trous, des musées, du surf, de la pêche et des restaurants fantastiques à proximité pour lesquels cette région est connue dans le monde entier.

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Joyce and her maintenance team were outstanding when it came to needing assistance (elevator broke and they had someone out immediately to fix it). Location to the beach was great with easy access.
The house comfortably accommodated our entire family.

The perfect house for a large family. Extremely clean! There are two public beach access in walking distance. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Closely located to stores and fantastic restaurants.

We had a group of friends attending a wedding and this house worked out great. There is one bedroom that is a converted closet and really small but other than that it was great.

This is my second time at this property, and nothing has really change. This would be a great property if they would upgrade the lighting, add window dressings. The master bathroom is very outdated and somewhat dangerous is you try to climb up into the tub.
Again this year the stove went out and had to be replaced. The internet went out and the modem had to be replaced. The kitchen is small and could be renovated. All of the bed mattress need to be replaced, especially the master bedroom, both sides are lumpy, the middle is the best, so 2 adults trying to fight for the middle.
We as a whole enjoyed the visit we didn't let those things get in our way. The kids enjoyed the beach, although we had to walk to get access to the beach. The beach chairs were helpful.

Our family came from MI, RI, MD, VA, and PA to celebrate Christmas together. We had 16 adults and a baby. We found the house had ample space for our fun. Loved being able to see ocean and sound and having doors open to the decks. We spent lots of time in the main living area, decks and kitchen. There was ample sleeping accommodation for our family. We had planned for three additional guests who were unable to join us, so ended up not needing the fold out beds in the lower level so cannot assess how they would have been for sleeping. We Loved the elevator!! In general we were quite pleased with the house space and views, beach access. The kitchen was small for cooking for large numbers of people but we made it work, and there were fridges on each of the 3 levels so food storage and the large open kitchen pantry was great. The decorating is interesting… definitely not beachy. I have made a list of some maintenance and repairs needed and sent directly to the owner for addressing prior to further rentals. I would stay consider staying here again.

Beautiful house and furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Great location even though not on the beach. Didn’t look like a beach home. Enjoyed the pool table. Our group is 60 to 80 year-olds, so we apppreciated the elevator that worked well. Thankful to also be able to rent for less than a full week.

This beautiful property was perfect for a family and friends vacation. We had plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out and places to spend time together as well. We were perfectly located with just a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and beach stores. We love this home!

. Everyone said it was wonderful. The 3 yr old said " this is my best vacation ever!" LOL!

The house was perfect for 15 of us. Everyone has a comfortable bedrooms. The Elevator was a real plus. The pool was fantastic and got a lot of use. Short easy walk to the beach. Pool table added to the entertainment.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach home! It was incredibly spacious and the porches were amazing! To be able to see the beach & sound view from the home was a nice touch and we had a great stay.

We thought the house was closer to the beach but that’s our misunderstanding. The house is quite roomy but 5 adults sharing one hallway bathroom was not ideal. We had a good reunion all things considered. Btw, the locks on some of the doors (kitchen for one) did not lock.

Stay was great, but house could use a little attention. Dishwasher doesn’t work very good, & having no spickets up front to rinse feet, chairs, etc, caused more work.. Overall, house was great for our large family attending a wedding!!

We enjoyed our stay. This is a very comfortable house. Thank goodness for the elevator, at my age there were too many steps. The children enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. The kitchen was a little small but it was comfortable. The stove door came off we managed to put it back on and we called Joyce, she sent someone over right away. This place need a little updating, the pictures on the website shows lots of light but the bulbs in the house was low wattage. Overall, I would return to this place again. The children enjoyed it and we had a great time bringing in Passover.

The overall impression we had was great. There were a few minor disappointments. The pool was not available. It is advertised with an in ground pool, but says nothing about only able to be used during certain times of the year. The manager and maintenance have an immediate response to any problems or questions. House was very well stocked . Overall A great vacation.

What a great rental at a great price. Lots of space for various groups to congregate. Comfy beds, ample table seating and plenty of parking. Lovely views of the ocean in one direction and sound in the other. Totally loved it!

The views of the ocean and the intercoastal are stunning from each of the decks. The house is huge, comfortable and the kitchens are fully equipped. The pool table was a hit with our children and grandchildren as well as all of the board games that were furnished. Overall, a 5+ experience.

Our daughter was married in the area and we rented this huge house for the bride, groom and their wedding party. This house was the perfect size and had everything they needed for a wonderful and memorable long weekend. They really enjoyed the 2nd floor pool table/tv room. Each floor has a refrigerator which is very convenient and the elevator made bringing things in/out and up/down so much easier. Everyone enjoyed beach access just across the street. Just wish it was warm enough for them to swim in the pool and ocean! Thank you for a great stay!

Our first evening we watched the sunset from the sound side deck and in the morning we sipped on coffee and watched the sunrise from the oceanside top deck. The house was large enough for us to come together to play pool or have private spaces to read or relax. The fenced in backyard had a wonderful pool which was well used and our four legged family enjoyed the freedom to run in the yard. A great vacation!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! There were 19 of us and we all had plenty of room. This house also had easy access to the beach. I would suggest adding more lights as some of the rooms had dim lights. Overall, we had a great time!
