The guide they gave me made checking in and navigating everything easy. I reached out to have the pool heated and they replied quickly and sent someone to heat it for us. Overall the trip was amazing and I would love to stay here again.

I went and hosted about 20 women for our annual girls trip. It was roomy, had fun game room and bathrooms were nice! Quick walk to the beach and neafby restaurants and shops. Hot tub jets didnt work. No one came to fix it. Firepit did not work either. It was not as clean as I would have liked but it was over a nice house and we had a lot of fun.

Great House! We enjoyed our stay. Very clean upon arrival, including outside. We had a couple minor things we noticed upon arrival, such as damaged blinds, etc.. but property manager handled promptly. Pool was heated upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. Fire pit by pool was a gathering area at night and worked great, appeared new. The grill at outdoor kitchen appeared new, I think we were the first to use it and it worked with no problems. TV at pool appeared new and worked great. Only things that were a negative that bothered all the guest (everyone complained) was the shower fixtures in all baths need replacing or an extreme cleaning job. They are covered in calcium deposits and whatever else you can think of and need replaced badly throughout the house. Other things that were not really a big deal were damaged flooring, pool table felt, paint work, etc.. to 3rd floor and a couple other areas around the house. Property Management were notified and mentioned that the 3rd floor flooring was on the list to be replaced. Also I would make sure to bring your own beach towels, anything and everything for coffee other than the machine (no filters or anything in house), brink your own Keurig if you like those because the house doesn't have one. The house also provides guest with 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas set up by local company, if you want more you'll have to pay for more on the beach. Lastly given the small amount of negatives, we would definitely stay at this house again.

Overall Villa Capri was a wonderful property. There is plenty of space to cater to a large group and is just steps from the beach. All of the bedrooms were spacious and it was nice for each family to essentially have their own bathroom. Bunk bed rooms are on the lowest floor (pool level), which could be an issue for families with younger children. Only downside was that the pool was quite small, but most of the time we went to the beach so it wasn't an issue. The "hot tub" was just a small pool, that was the same temperature as the main pool (but our group still enjoyed it). The waterfall features and fire pit are non-functional. And the grill area looks like it has never been cleaned. These might be areas that the owner/management should look at improving. Despite these minor issues with the property, we all really enjoyed our stay. 360 Blue (the managing company) is very responsive and easy to work with to make reservations with their concierge service. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this amazing house. 4 families under one room, close to the beach, great pool, and an incredible place for 6 kids to play hide n' seek! See you next time!

We loved the house and the location was perfect. The house just needs a little TLC. We'll be back again!

Positives first - The house is very large and comfortably held our family of 11 adults and 11 grandchildren ranging in age from 1-16. The location is perfect and the private beach is outstanding. There are beautiful views of the Gulf from each floor. Everyone was able to have their own private bed/bathroom. Rooms size are large and bathrooms are fabulous. The kitchen was easily able to accommodate all 22 of us at every meal. Outdoor pool was a big hit with the kids. There is ample refrigerator space - large fridge in kitchen, standard size on first floor and mini fridge on third floor. The beach chairs/umbrella's that are set up daily are wonderful. Negatives - The commercial coffee pot in the kitchen which I was promised worked, didn't. The water line to the machine is not working. We could pour water into it but had no filters and couldn't find any to purchase. 360 Blue (property manager) did bring us filters a few days after we arrived. There are several other smaller coffee pots in the house (some work, some don't). Kitchen is well stocked with plates/glasses/silverware but lacking with items that are common. The pool area was filthy when we arrived. The housekeepers happened to be there and explained they were not responsible for the outside areas. My husband took half a day and scrubbed the deck and cleaned the pool to make it usable. There is no excuse for that not being done ahead of time. The outdoor grill does not work. It needs replaced. 360 Blue had to bring us a stand alone propane grill a few days after arrival. The outdoor fire pit doesn't work. The controls are rusted out and need replaced. The floors in the house are all travertine. Nice and pretty but very dirty. They need to be steam cleaned professionally and not just mopped. There are no cleaning supplies at the house. 360 Blue did buy a broom and new hose so we could clean outside. You get one roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom when you arrive. No tissues, hand soap, garbage bags etc. are included with the rental. Bikes have black grease all over them. Not sure what that was about. The house could be beautiful, but it is tired and the owner needs to invest some time and money to repair all the broken items.

Was beautiful as expected. Getting to the beach was quick and easy. Beach chairs were available and included as advertised. We had one sink clog during our visit which was quickly remedied. Would highly recommend.

This property is beautiful but in need of many updates.....the electrical needs to be updated as some outlets didn't work (actually had service almost everyday to help us), fuses would blow, ice makers didn't work and leaked into garage (they had to remove and bring us ice everyday), the pool deck was filthy (we actually paid a lawn service guy from across the street to leaf blow the deck and enterance to house).,,,,the floors are pretty beat up and it would be great to have some outlets that accommodate charging phones..... I have to say I loved the place and the 360 team - they helped us so much and came over to fix every problem..... Again house just really needs some updates and pool deck needs some deep cleaning (esp grill area)..

Avalon Beach Estate was the PERFECT getaway for my 40th birthday. The home is breathtaking and equipped with everything you need in a home. The pool is slightly smaller than it appears in the pictures but still perfect! The management company that manages this property. 360 Blue was on top of everything and provided great customer service with any questions I had leading up to my stay. Prior to checking in everything was sent in a detailed email outlining everything I needed to get into the home. The same process was used for checking-out! It was an amazing trip and this house was the icing on the cake!

The house was the perfect size for our group! It is so close to the beach and we definitely enjoyed the pool! We had trouble with the coffee maker and the grill and there was a ton of roaches outside near the grill. On the second floor balcony, a section of the railing was broken which would have been an issue if we had younger children. Overall we had a wonderful week and would stay at this house again!

This is a great property in an excellent location. BUT for the price, not so much. Our group paid an extremally high price for this property and it's amenities. While expecting 5 star plus, we were disappointed when finding out how many little things were overlooked and not functioning after arrival. While still taking our vacation during "covid" times, we all looked forward to hanging out and being able to cook at the outdoor grill area. Well it barley worked and was so dirty you didn't want to stand by it and cook at the poolside grill barefoot. Other poolside issues, the paver patio has sunken in many spots making trip hazards, loose tiles, no grout making some tiles come loose when stood on. Not a safe place with kids around playing. The beautiful pictures of an outdoor firepit and spa, well neither worked. The Spa was cold and would not heat up, the outdoor firepit does not work, control section is all loose and broken like the grill area and once we figured out how get the controls to work and turn it on we found the pipe inside broken and one huge dangerous flame shoots out. While trying to cook inside, who puts a fire / smoke alarm directly above the ovens? Every single time the oven was opened the smoke / fire alarm would go off until the heat would dissipate. Beautiful commercial coffee machine.....when was the last time this was tested / deemed functional by the staff? We attempted many time to use and every time there was a huge mess on the counter and floor. No other coffee make available in the house. Every morning coffee runs had to be made. The pool alarm, you really should give the option for renters to turn this off for their stay, even the neighbors would have relief from the annoying sound the alarm makes if someone forgets to push a button before opening a door to the patio. The air fresheners you have located all over the house "that work off a battery" took us two days of hearing beeping all night long like smoke detectors do when batteries are in need of replacement. Once we removed the batteries people could sleep. Great idea, but replace the batteries for your guests. The pool table in the entertainment area on third floor, well again useless because not one pool cue has a tip on it, or one that isn't broken. As you can see in the pictures this house has a lot to offer, but the simple lack of checking and ensuring that all the items work properly or are cleaned good changes the whole outcome of your costly vacation.

This is a truly wonderful, huge home which is perfect for large families or friends. There is something to please everyone including a pool, hot tub, pool table and foosball table. It has as enormus kitchen with two large tables for dining and more than adequate amounts of dinnerware & silverware. For relaxing indoors there are two reclining loveseats & a reclining sofa. Check- in and out were easy. Only problems we found were the floors were not as clean as they should have been and the beds were so-so comfortable.At times, it was difficult to get in touch with property managers before we arrived. During our stay, they responded immediately to any concern we had. Pretty sure you won't be disappointed with this choice.

There are really no words to describe this vacation home. Every single aspect of the home was perfect and I don't have one negative thing to say about it. I was able to accomodate my entire immediate family for my wedding (25 people) comfortably. The views, beach access, and high end home furnishings made our trip more than wonderful. 360 blue is a company that I will use for any future vacation due to the professionalism and them going above and beyond for us. We truly appreciate the hospitality and will forever have this vacation as a precious memory!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Villa Capri. We were a group of 16 on a girls trip. The house had more than enough room for us. The house was beautiful and the furnishings and decorations were gorgeous. The bedding was comfortable (even the bunks). The pool area had more than enough lounge chairs and the outdoor shower was great. And there are no words to describe the kitchen!!!! There were a few small things that need some fixing. The outdoor grill was not that easy to get on. The outdoor kitchen area was not clean. There was even a dead cockroach. The knob to turn the gas on and off seemed stripped. The fire pit had a very big crack in the pipe and the smell of gas was strong so we turned it off. We did kill one cockroach inside. At night there were a lot outside and one must have snuck in. And lastly the bathroom door that the pool uses doesnt lock. Overall these were just minor things but we would love to stay here again and would hope these few issues could be resolved.

We loved the house! A great set up for large groups! We definetly will be back! Your concierge was wonderful! She arranged a cake and balloons for the birthdays we were celebrating. The house did not have a pack and play and we needed one. So they arranged to have one delivered.

Our great vacation was made even better by staying 11 Ballmore. Our family of 16, 8 adults and 8 children, were very comfortable in this house. There was plenty of room for us to all be together yet enough seperation to have your own space to relax. The kitchen and dining room were huge which made eating and cooking fun. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was fine. I loved that there were chairs and an umbrella already set up on the beach. We walked to dinner most night and were in a great location to drive to anything we wanted. Overall it was great! Ready to go back next year!

We had an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful and large enough to accomodate our family of 23! The house was not cleaned to satisfactory level. The kitchen should accomodate to cook for a large number of guests. It lacked cookware and utensils. The kitchen is beautiful though! Overall, a wonderful vacation with many memories!

The house was beautiful and the families had a great time making memories. The house was not cleaned very well at all. Sand on floor, dirty toilets, counter tops dirty. This house is a great vacation home and expensive to rent. However, for the price the house should have been exceptionally clean.

This was a wonderful house to host my daughther's wedding! The first day we were arrived there were some issues, But! I can say within an hour 360 Blue arrived and took care of everything. They came the next morning to make sure everything was taken care of. I could not tell you how comfortable I would feel renting from 360 Blue again. Thank you Laura! She is a jewel! The people they sent out (I feel really bad I can't remember their names) were amazing. And then to come back the next day and make sure everything was done. The home is a wonderful place to entertain a family or a wedding. And the pool is amazing! It looks just like, well even better than the pictures. We have already decided to rent this home for Christmas. Thank you 360 Blue!

This house was amazing! More than enough room for our party of 13. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach (didnt need a golf cart). The pool was fantastic & we loved using the outdoor grill and making smores at the firepit. The weather was outstanding!!

This house is terriffic. All 4 master bedrooms are beautiful, with great en suite baths. Kitchen is amazing and the outdoor pool, patio, grill area is wonderful. The pool is perfect for kids and the beach is a very easy walk from the house. The beach is spectacular and everyone loved body boarding in the waves. We had 4 families w 9 kids ages 4-12 and we never felt crowded. Highly recommend Villa Capri.

Beautiful place to stay. Accommodated 23 people with no problems. Great location with the beach right across the street.
