Large Cozy Log Cabin Overlooking Black Mountain - Storyland Minutes Away
Votre famille appréciera tout ce que les Montagnes Blanches ont à offrir. Juste quelques minutes à StoryLand. Juste en face du domaine skiable de Black Mountain et à quelques minutes de plusieurs autres domaines skiables. North Conway est à seulement 15 minutes pour faire du shopping et manger. Notre grande maison confortable en rondins est parfaite pour les familles.

This is a wonderful house for a large family(7 nights). It accommodated 6 adults, 1-infant & 2 grandchildren age 3 & 6 easily. The views and peacefulness are outstanding. We spent a lot of time on the porch. The grandchildren loved the yard. Plenty of room to run around and play with trucks/tractors. We were concerned with the hot humid summer but there are lots of windows with what seemed limitless breezes. There are fans everyone but we rarely needed them. If TV is your thing they do have TV's in all rooms with endless channels. We never had any issues but the owners reach out to check in and there is some local information attached to the refrigerator. This is a great house for large families.

My family enjoyed our stay and found the house to be just the right size for our group. One initial drawback was that the host did not allow outdoor fires nor has a fire pit. However, Katie and Ian went out of their way to get a permit so they could accommodate our request to bring a solo stove

Ian and Katie's cabin was perfect for our family, 6 adults 4 kids (1 through 7) and small pup. Plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoy sitting on front porch both in the morning and evening, very peaceful. Close to Storyland and all the great hiking trails we love. Would highly recommend this family cabin!

The cabin was so comfortable and cozy. Beautiful mountain views and a great location for Black Mountain skiing. We so much appreciated vacationing with our two amazing pups too. Thank you, we will definitely be booking with you again!

Our family and friends had a wonderful vacation..the cabin was perfect! Big enough for all of us to be together or find a quiet spot to be alone! The guys skied and the girls shopped…the views around the cabin were beautiful! Hoping to enjoy this spot again.

We, 5 adults and 2 small dogs, stayed here for a wedding weekend. I honestly wish we had booked more nights for our trip! The house was amazing, with plenty of BIG beds, bathrooms on both floors, and a nice big kitchen to cook in.
We all agreed we should rent this place again. The house is a short drive away from shopping, food, and restaurants.
Hosts were wonderful to deal with as well, very nice and quick to respond if we had any questions.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ian and Kate's Jackson, NH cabin. Kate was incredibly responsive and understanding when we had last-minute issue come up and thought we may need to cancel. She offered us another week, but we ended up being able to keep our original reservation time. The cabin was homey and welcoming and provided a great deal of space for 6 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the family room and enjoyed gathering there, while having a fire going. We loved the area also and look forward to returning soon!

We booked this property for ourselves with our two grown children and their spouses, and the family good dog, and had a wonderful, peaceful respite in the mountains. The cabin is very spacious, the beds are quite comfortable, and the kitchen well-appointed.This cabin did not disappoint!

The log cabin was just as listed. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of room for our family of seven plus two small children to spread out! The house is private with a beautiful lawn to play on.
The hosts were very responsive when we needed to reach out to them.
We would stay here again for our next trip to Story Land and Santa’s Village.

The home was accurately described in a quiet country location. We enjoyed hanging out in the evenings on the porch listening to the sounds of nature. Large rooms, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for a large group or multi-generational family. Katie responded promptly to my questions. Highly recommend.

We had a relaxing and cosy time in Katie and Ian's log house. We loved the beautiful views from all the many windows. We snowshoed at nearby Jackson Ski Touring Center, did a puzzle by the fire, and cooked lots of good food in their spacious kitchen. Katie was a really helpful and friendly host. We would definitely go there again,

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. We were a group of nine adults and all had ample space to ourselves as well as in common areas. The home was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few meals through our stay.
We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Picturesque cabin in a great setting.
Very nice stay. Cabin was clean, spacious, and had all the ammenities one would need for an extended vacation in the mountains. Enjoyed the cabin's two porches and the ouside lawn area was ideal for kids and our dog. Area is quite beautiful, quiet and serene. Nights were peaceful and relaxing. View of Black Mountain and easy access to Jackson Village, N. Conway, and the Presidential Range.
We did have one run-in with a dog up the road (a large boxer) that was off-leash and came after our dog while we were on a walk. Owner was very apologetic. Luckily, our blue heeler was able to fend off the boxer, but owners of smaller/more delicate breeds may want to exercise some caution while walking their pets down towards Black Mountain. There are many farms and expansive properties in the area, so you may see a dog running free.
All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great place
Great getaway for our family, close to a ton of hiking and food. 1st floor bed/bath was perfect for elderly guest. Big dining room and living room for family time. Front porch and back pork had beautiful views. Will def be staying again

Great place with comfy beds!
A group of guys have an annual camping trip at Dolly Copp campground every year and us older gentlemen prefer not to sleep in a tent 😂. This place had plenty of room for the 3 other men that stayed. Everyone had their own bedroom and had a cozy bed to sleep in when we came back from the campground. Not a complaint from anyone! It was clean and very roomy! Will book again next year!

Very nice cabin for family gathering
Family long weekend, Kids with spouses and grandchildren. Large spacious home with five bedrooms. Great location with beautiful views. Close to North Conway. Very close to Storyland which the grandchildren loved. Asked what they liked best, they said "everything".

Family-friendly cabin provides perfect winter retreat!
After many years of visiting Jackson with our growing extended family, we felt like we finally found the rental home that checks all of our boxes and helped to make our traditional trip all the more special. With plenty of (equitable!) space for our three families, but with cozy common areas, we were all able to sleep comfortably, hang out together in front of the fire, dine as a family, and escape to the generous bedrooms (complete with sitting spots) for quiet time when needed! The views are incredible in the morning and location cannot be beat for those wanting to enjoy Black Mt. We parked at the mountain in the AM and walked back for lunches! The kids loved the huge yard and long driveway for sledding and snowshoeing. The house was decently stocked with the essentials, and fairly clean. The hosts were INCREDIBLY approachable, communicative, and kind! We are looking forward to visiting again!

Amazing Property/Location!
We love Jackson. This house is in a perfect location; stunning views of black mountain and near almost any activity your interested in doing in Jackson. The house is plenty big enough- we had four couples and it was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Perfect getaway spot!
This place is a perfect place for a cozy romantic getaway or for several couples to have a weekend retreat. Accommodations were wonderful. We will surely re book this place. The village is also beautiful and there’s a lot to do in every direction. Thanks so much!!!

A wonderful place to stay and enjoy the fall foliage.
The only thing that I (we) felt might have been better is the living room furniture could have been more comfortable. (The love seat sagged towards the middle and the chair next to it sank alot lower than expected when someone sat in it. Other than that it is a wonderful, spacious cabin with great porch chairs for morning coffee and evening relaxing. I will recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to NH any time of the year!

A Perfect Cozy Cabin for a Fall Getaway!
Katie is a wonderful host and her cabin was perfect for our family. The views were beautiful. Perfect for foliage season! The cabin has a nice rustic vibe and is very cozy but is actually very spacious and is also well equipped. We all slept very comfortably. Perfect for everyone. Our grandson was thrilled with the race car bed and bunks! Our dog was so relaxed there. I don’t think she wanted to head back to the suburbs of Boston! Thank you Katie!

Great Spot!
I’ve been coming to Jackson since I was a child and this is one of my favorite places to stay. The house is clean, roomy and feels like home but without the clutter. I love the fact that it’s not some ikea modern box. It has the feel of a place that’s well loved and cared for, but has all the updates you need to be comfortable. Lots of TVs, newer appliances, and an amazing fireplace. We had three families with teens and dogs and everyone was comfortable. This year we came in early fall and enjoyed sitting on the porch and hanging out in the beautiful front yard. I will be back every year.

Mountainside cabin
A deceptively large, rustic cabin with lots of space. The view was beautiful. The location is very quiet and private. There is no air conditioning and I thought that might be a problem when two of the hottest days of the summer arrived. It wasn't! There are plenty of fans and windows to provide cooling breezes. When the sun goes down, cool mountain air flows down the slope into the house. It was amazing. I've stayed at other houses in the area and consider this one my favorite. Katie, was very responsive to all my questions. I give it my highest recommendation.

Spent a long weekend skiing at Tuckermans and hiking the area. The home is very good - excellent bedrooms and lots of living space. Great location near town with good restaurants. We will be back.
