Location was perfect, so close to the beach, across from Oxxo and so close to ADO bus station. Very satisfied, and extremely good value for your money :)

fan isn’t enough to keep the room cold, very hard to sleep in such heat. sheets weren’t comfortable and the bed quite small for a couple.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, close to the ferry and the restaurant next door very good. They also changed a matrace on our double bed, because the first one was like a pothole :) It was clean enough. There was warm water :)

The room is very basic - i mean a bed and that is it, no table or chair or nightlamp. Otherwise good, I do recommend.

Close to the port, in case you want to go to Cozumel early in the morning!

Location is very good, a block away from ADO bus station and close to ferry, which was exactly the reason we chose it. The WiFi and aircon worked.

I'm shocked that this hotel is rated 7.7 at the time when I booked, last minute without properly reading the reviews - my bad. It was a bad stay, luckily only one long and mostly sleepless night. The place is really old, clearly hasn't seen even a basic update in decades, and it's crumbling. Guest stairs are a mess. In the room the concrete tiles in the bathroom around the sink were falling apart, there was barely any water pressure, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, only one light switch and light bulb worked. There was no hot water. The mattress on the bed was one of the worst I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Worst of all, from before midnight until after 8 am (!) incredibly loud techno music was playing from a club a block away, and there was absolutely no escaping it in the second floor room, even through shut windows and with earplugs. The unending noise plus the terrible mattress made for a very long and unpleasant night. I know the noise is not the hotel's fault, but knowing their guests are unlikely to sleep through the night, they could invest in some sort of insulation or at the very least let their guests know ahead of time so they can make an informed decisions. All this = me shocked: this is not a 7.7 hotel, and definitely not worth a price of 50 euro per night. I would not recommend staying there until they make some basic renovations, the state of the place is unacceptable.

The location is great! Near to main bus station. Near the main 5th boulevard. Near the ferry to Cozumel. Al those places last then 5 minutes walk. Very good WiFi. Excellent air condition in the room.

The hotel is very very old and very simple. There is a lot of rust in the room. And the room is very small. But maybe because all of that the price is cheap.

Location is perfect. It is 3 min walking from the sandy beach and from the city center. Privacy in the rooms are on good level. Stuff are nice.

At night I heard noise from the clubs and couldn't sleep. Towels are small.

Too hot...room is like an oven.. get aircon Way hotter in the room than outside Music rave on all night just outside with thumping music so impossible to sleep ... It's now 5am and still going ...

Location! Just a block and half away from ADO bus station and few blocks from the ferry dock. Great value for the price.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this hotel. The location couldn't be better and the value for money is amazing. The staff are super nice and polite. The facilities and rooms are very clean and quiet as it is set back from the road. The a/c works fine and the shower has hot water and good pressure. This is not a five star resort but otherwise I have no idea what people are complaining about. Everything bad I read in the reviews is inaccurate. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. For the price and location you cannot beat it in Playa.

It was slightly strange to only provide one towel in a family room but to be fair I did not ask for extras. Everything else was great
