Харесаха ми невероятната градина, хидромасажната вана, усмихнатият и компетентен персонал, който прави всичко, за да бъде удобно на гостите. Леглата са много удобни, банята е широка и удобна (писах вече за хидромасажната вана), голям гардероб. Чудесно място за почивка и релаксация!

The view from the balcony on the mountains and valley was great, the rooms good and the restaurant excellent.
Google maps sent us on the wrong, steepy and rocky road. After reorientation we found the good and much better road.

Liked everything about the stay, but the breakfast might be better (we were offered only traditional banitsa with sour milk, which was not enough).

- The food in the restaurant was very tasty
- The bathtub .... with a glass of wine and your gorgeous girlfriend... nothing more to say about that ;) You would build the picture yourselves

The location is very good if you want to go hiking. The breakfast was good - two crepes, coffee and orange juice. The restaurant has a good lunch menu at decent prices.
The room was a little dark. The breakfast waitress was somewhat unfriendly.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the shower and staff helpful and friendly. It is on the edge of town up a hill, with a lovely view of the mountains, it is better to have a car. There is a free car park opposite.
Coffee making facilities in the room would be nice.

This is a fabulous hotel, we would highly recommend!! A little difficult to find and the road is narrow and steep, but worth the trouble. The staff are excellent, the rooms are of an excellent size the balcony off our queen room was one of the largest I've seen.
The food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble.
Not a dislike but bath mats would be useful as the bath was slippy when having a shower and the water went all over the floor.

Great location for a walk/hike along the Stara Reka. I highly recommend to take the trip. A little bit further from center of Karlovo.

The hotel and the location are great. The food in the restaurant for dinner was delicious.
The wi-fi simply didn't work. The breakfast was very basic.

Nice location outside the town close to the mountains. Nice garden. Perfect food. Very friendly and ambitious staff.
