Location was very good. Compact appartment. Nice hosting.

Upper side of the Refrigirator was not cooling. At the kitchen some plates and glasses were not clean enough. Maybe they are not checked I don’t know but before using I washed them by myself. Kitchen stuff should be checked before check-in.

It was very comfortable. Well lit. The bathroom was styled very well and had a modern vibe. The aesthetic is very good and everything made me feel comfortable. The owner was very accommodating!

The property is in an excellent location. Only half a block from the Gran Vía. Even though it’s just one room, it is very spacious and comfortable. It is pristine clean and new. It has air conditioning! Host met us in person and explained everything. She waived the deposit fee. That was very nice of her

great location close to the Gran Via, but quiet street. close to 24 hour grocery. The apartment was spacious. Kitchen quite well equipped.

Faint sewer gas smell in the apartment (and on neighboring streets, so likely a sewer issue, not an apartment issue). Noise traveled easily through the apartment.

Everything was AMAZING! The location is perfect, close to everything. The loft was clean and well equipped - everything we could expect and even more. Hellen the host was available to us and responsive and we had an amazing time.

Stairs in the apartment were very steep and with a small child it was dangerous.

The location was perfect , less than 5 minutes walking from Callao. Hellen was very kind and helpful , I will repeat for sure !

the location, the equipments the cleaning and host communications were absolutely spot on. we only stayed three nights but it was pleasant to stay. the supermarket is near by so you can easily feed yourselves. but as the location is so good, you can easily find so many places to eat and drinks. the access to the buses and metros are also good. we truly enjoyed. thank you

it’s not host’fault but be aware it could be noisy as the location is in central. I don’t want people complaining for that. if you are sensible, it’s not for you. but the host said she would speak to them.

Appartment is at Gran Via (center) which was very ideal.

Just need to be careful not to create too much noise for neighbours.

Place was perfect , clean , big and in a grate location I will come back for sure in my next visit

The host was very rude. When the time of checkout came she refused to give us back the security deposit of 300euro! She went inside her building and refused to pay us back Awful person and awful facilities in the apartments Wifi was also pathetic It is better to stay in a hotel than get conned by her.

the property is in a busy location but very convenient to reach the center of Madrid fast

we stayed in a flat at the 4 th floor for the first two days. the access is not so easy but ok. the access for the second property we stayed is is very inconvenient. you access the flat via an internal narrow and steep staircase. so if you have luggages or children Is terrible. please see attached photo. you open the door and you find a steep yellow staircase in front of you. generally, owners provide a booklet with instructions ( not provided),, at least some Nespresso capsules and a courtesy laundry capsule ( absent) , only one towel was provided ( there are always a minimum of 2 face and shower). the garage charged at 40 euro per day is a rip off, very narrow and very tight and dark place. full of very convenient covered garages at 100 meters from the property. be aware, do not accept parking or fare. true rip off. beautiful parkings very cheap nearby. 2 of shower heads fell off during our stay ( please see photos) . pillows are very thin and the extra blankets provided are only decorative. all the furniture looks fast design and very precarious and easily breakable. property is asking for cash deposit. we have been charged 65 euros for an extra person that was sharing a very tiny double bed in a property that shared 2 bathrooms in 9. we have been told booking calculated the fee. in Madrid for that price on a Sunday night in January you find 5 star hotel. the price quality ratio is extortionate. did not receive aldo any confirmation of fare by booking. we had a terrible stay and the owners had even the audacity of asking us for the extra 65 euro. in the second property they offered as an improvement we froze to death and we had one bathroom less compared to the first offered where the stench ( due to damp) and the ceiling height ( see photos) where truly dangerous and in our opinion not compliant to spanish properly standard/ in addition, the lady threatens us to call the authorities ( message in booking) just because we vocalized our terrible frustration.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean and modern. Hellen is a great Host and always replied extremely quickly.
