The location is perfect, it's in the heart of the city centre. High-end restaurants are just around it.
The staff is amazing and very helpful.
Their Suite room is outstanding.
Just an opinion:
1. They should have ice available in their facility for free.
2. They should have a small speaker available in each of their suites.

It was definitely a good experience, a budget friendly hotel with good welcoming staff. They greeted with smile and were ready to assist with any request. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect in the heart of DHA.
There was nothing to dislike, everything was upto the mark in a budget friendly hotel.

The staff was friendly.
Really unclean room. Found a cockroach on my pillow in the middle of the night. Their was construction going on next to the hotel at 3:30 am at night onwards till 5 am that caused the whole room to shake. Just an utterly horrible experience. All the positive reviews calling this hotel clean and nice must be fake. I have pimples on my back and sides from sleeping there just one night. I wouldnt stay here if it was free.

location was normal but facilities and quality of comfort was very good.
Standards were soo good, room was soo clean and maintained.

location could be better as there is construction work on road side in front of the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive during the stay. Very good breakfast and good options on the menu. A 24 hrs kitchen was a plus.

We were charged 16000 at check in whilst 14000 was advertised whilst booking

The online pictures make it look better but it is just an average hotel, and surely doesn't justify the value for money. I have stayed in much better properties and spent way less than this. I could have got breakfast, pick and drop from airport and better in-house facilities in the same amount somewhere else. I am glad, I booked it for one night only, just because it was my first time there, and moved to another hotel the second day.

The staff and service of the hotel was really good and Mr. Jason at the reception has been very humble and showed great hospitality.The food quality and cleanliness overall was good as well

Need to replace simple LCD's with android LED's
Or at least provide android box with simple LCD instead of Mirasact devices which is useless..
