It’s awesome, the facilities from dining to comfort in the room, it offers everything a traveller expects for a comfortable stay. The executive suites are exceptionally comfortable, breathtaking views of the city and superior services by the staff. The swimming pool was accessible even though there was construction going on.

Our booking didn’t go through booking.com despite a confirmed booking on my booking.com profile. But they were able to book manually very quickly at the reception and upgraded to the executive suite. So nothing to not like at the property but booking.com can do better to make sure bookings go through before showing confirmed. Other than that the pools can do better especially for kids, the indoor pool should be more shallow than it is now. A 4 year old couldn’t go in on his own. There should be swimming toys etc. as well.

Majority of the staff is nice and helpful. The lobby area is nice. Breakfast was good

Some of the staff purposely just appear around you now and then hoping to get a little something here and there. I don't mind giving them something now and then but they go overboard sometimes.not all of them. On checkout we were billed for some items we had no idea about that was actually the worst part of our stay. Keep note of what you order/spend during your stay The toilet is cramped and has this sort of translucent entrance door that always seems like somebody would be able to see you inside

No amenities as compare to Movenpick even the breakfast of Movenpick is the best

After security check we were bit lost about where to go. There should be some assistance or sign posting.

All was good. they do need to change their towels. The hotels that i have stayed in have towels that are constantly changed. The towel at this hotel were well used and the towel placed on the Sink was frayed. Apart for this the service and staff were very good

Serve a better Coffee at Breakfast.

Smelly Roomy over-rated old style interior still living in 90 standard highly costly without any reason

Room was not good and cleaned, as i booked the room king bed but was a single one and i already told them but they were just saying Okok we will try best next time. At the end i felt not good so i check-out 22:00. Conclusion, i was Not expected like that.

Everithing was good, I had stay many times, and there is no doubt that I'll come back.

Fast service at the front desk

The Marriott misses a simple location to take a coffee. The Nadia is geared towards food and if you come around lunchtime, you are supposed to take lunch (buffet). Another issue is the annoying music, Marriott has one CD with piano music that is played day and night .....

The hotel is located in the middle of the city and close to all major shopping malls and amusement places.

Facility is not up to the standard Marriott maintains across the world. Staff is not competent and the services provided within the facility are not great. Due to the high crime rate in city, the hotel offers ATM facility within the premises but does not take full responsibility. I lost my bank card due to the power shutdown while the transaction was in process and hotel refused to offer any help. I fell behind on my schedule due to the lost card and extended my stay at my own expense but hotel did not offer any compensation.
