We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this extremely well-maintained and phenomenally stocked house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with walking trails throughout. The heated pool which was very private was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and we most certainly hope to be able to rent it again.

I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay, and received great service from Shellie. We had some last minute changes to our travel plans, and Shellie did a great job working thru those with us. House is as shown in pics. Neighborhood is quiet, with some nice walking trails that are easily accessed from the house.

We love this comfortable home away from our home in Wisconsin. Shellie, the owner, is a great host. This was our second time at this property and will be back again next year. A quiet neighborhood close to everything we love to do - car and horse races, hiking, golf, and Spring Training games. Especially enjoy relaxing with family and friends at the house barbecuing and swimming.

We especially loved the heated pool! Very clean house and comfortable beds! Would definitely stay here again.

we came for a long weekend for a baseball tournament at Camelback Ranch. The house was perfect- there were 5 of us in our group. The house is only 7-8 minutes from the ballpark, house is nice, super clean, very well appointed with all of the things. This was an awesome place for us to stay

Home was very clean. Home was well stocked and pool was heated and nice to enjoy. A good value. Convenient location. Need an easy chair in the master bedroom.

Loved the house and location! Exactly as described and the owner was amazing in letting us reschedule when our child became ill the day before our original trip. Pool was very green, which was our kids only complaint, but would definitely return to this house!

House was great! Exactly as seen in the pictures and very clean. It had everything we needed. I’m always worried about renting a house without a gated pool, but the only door to the back yard had an extra lock that is out of reach for small children. The backyard was great for spending most of the day outdoors. The pool was clean and my kids had a great time. Would stay here again!

I don't even know where to start! This place was amazing. There were enough towels, the pool was marvelous, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Shellie is the sweetest. Look forward to booking again in the future! Cannot really say enough good things about this property. Totally worth it, and then some.

This is a great place to stay. There was a basketball net, floats for the pool, beach towels. We didn't know when we booked, the pool had a deep end (about 10 ft), perfect for our 14 & 15 year old boys. Quiet neighborhood in Avondale, that had tons of restaurants and shopping centers.

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 weeks at his wonderful home! The owner was amazing and so helpful and very prompt when we had questions. The home is absolutely adorable, clean, well stocked, very bright and open, and the backyard and outdoor living space is just amazing. We spent many nights cooking out and hanging out at the pool. The walking trail and the neighborhood is just perfect for morning runs and family strolls. I can't say enough about how much we loved this place and we will definitely be back to visit.

This property is wonderful! Sparkling clean and the perfect accommodations for our family get-together. Our teenagers aged 13 and 17 loved the pool. They would wake up in the morning and swim off and on all day and into the night. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with anything we might have forgotten to bring along. Stores and restaurants are 5-10 minutes nearby which was an added convenience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay here again someday!

My family and I had THE BEST time! The house was perfect, well-stocked and very kid friendly, and the pool was so relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

We have rented many homes in the West Valley of Phoenix. This home is our favorite. The quiet neighborhood is close to things we enjoy doing while visiting in February and March. Top Golf, NASCAR races, MLB spring training games and just being outdoors in the sunshine. Especially loved the walking trails that led to the Garden Lakes. The house was the cleanest of all the houses we previously rented. Loved the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. The pool area received lots of use despite the coolest weather we’ve experienced in previous visits to AZ. Looking forward to returning to this home away from home. Paul and Belinda Bowers

Clean, comfortable, organized, and well-stocked! Great quality mattresses and linen. Safe and quiet neighborhood. So close to shopping, restaurants and Goodyear Ballpark. Owner was quick to respond to all questions.

Our kids loved swimming in the pool and the private backyard was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

The home is nicely decorated and beds provided a comfortable nights sleep. Upon arriving we noticed the grass was overgrown and the exterior could use a hosing. Although this home looks to be well cared for it was not as clean as we’d expected. Floors needed a good sweeping. Living room rug needs to be vacuumed and spot cleaned. Kitchen chairs had to be wiped down as there appeared to be dried ketchup and fingerprints on at least two of them. Cabinets had greasy finger marks. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and spices. There was quite a bit of opened perishables left from previous guest, enough to make me question whether someone was currently staying there-I literally checked under the beds. The heated pool was nice, perfect for night swimming. I believe it was about 9 feet at the deep end. If you have kids or novice swimmers it is important to know that. We appreciated the tv on the patio as we were able to watch the ball game while grilling our dinner. The only thing to improve the outside area would be better lighting. The only lights are by the back door and a sensor light that lights for a couple of seconds. There is a flood light but it never came on. Aside from having to do the initial house cleaning and the lack of outdoor lighting, it is a nice place to stay. *note: There is garage parking but no remote. Make sure the front security door is not locked if you decide to run out of the garage and close it behind you like we did. We felt bad and a little embarrassed that we had to call the homeowner in order to get back in. Luckily there is a keypad on the exterior and they gave us the code to get back in.

We had a great stay at this home! House was very clean and stocked well (lots of bath towels and pool towels!). We felt like we were at home the week we stayed here-couch and beds were very comfortable and the pool was wonderful( It was also a big plus that the pool was heated). We would definitely stay at this property again and we highly recommend! Thanks, Shellie!

We always look forward to traveling to Arizona from Washington this time of year for some much needed sun rays. This home never disappoints! Great location and comfortable amenities.

We had a great stay in the home. The property was clean, the beds were comfy, space for kids to play inside, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook quick meals. The pool area was lovely.
