Cinque Terre Square est un bel appartement complètement neuf (fin des travaux mai 2018) situé au cinquième étage d'un immeuble majestueux et calme avec ascenseur, à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare centrale de La Spezia (à 5 minutes à pied).
L'appartement comprend 2 chambres avec deux grands lits doubles, 2 salles de bain complètes, un salon avec cuisine ouverte, 2 balcons, télévision par satellite à écran LED 55 ", lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière Nespresso.
Cinqueterre Square est un appartement lumineux, élégant et accueillant aux finitions raffinées. Avec deux chambres confortables et un salon avec canapés-lits, la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et 2 belles salles de bain, Cinque Terre Square peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Pour des solutions moins chères, il convient également à 8 personnes. Un lit et des petits canapés-lits pour enfants sont également disponibles.

Was the perfect staging area for our northern Italy trip. Clean and cold air conditioning made this a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment is very nice. Modern. Typical road noise as there is no A/C. Secure Parking is half a block away. Found a good restaurant on the way to the train station. Train system works really well and is easy. the last of the Cinque terrace towns is the nicest.

Convenient location the air was not on due to time of year. So we left windows open very noisy until 12:00am. Wish owners would have suggested taking train to apartment.

The place is centrally located to train station. It was clean. Wish there were extra towels. We were dismayed to find that there were no lights in any of the hallways that worked. It was scary coming back at night. We never could locate trash disposal

The property was as described. Initial amounts of products such as toilet tissue were supplied. Person sent by owner for checkin was not well trained and seemed confused and hurried.

We have a family of 4 (adults) and the apartment is exactly as described. It’s updated, clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very nice and the bathrooms are spacious. The location of the building is also perfectly located. We walked everywhere without issues. As everyone else states, the train station is 5 minutes away. We took a boat cruise to the Cinque Terre and the walk to the port is not far (20-25 minutes).

Apartment is exactly as pictured, very clean and well cared for. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Space in kitchen and seating area is on the small side for four adults, but we didn’t spend much time there.
It’s only a 5 min walk to the train station to easily get from village to village throughout Cinque Terre. Short walk to cafes and great restaurants.
Gianni was very responsive to messages. I think it would be nice to provide more than a single roll of toilet paper and paper towels. No other complaints!

Traveled as a family of 5 and stayed here to visit Cinque Terre. Worked well. 5 minute walk to train station and a 20 minute train ride to Rommagiore. Just feels like an apartment. Clean and spacious just a little short on charm and character.

This property is exactly as described . The location for visiting all of the Cinque Terre and beyond is excellent. A very easy walk to the train station for daily visits to the towns. Easy access to buses for Lerici and Porto Venere. Also it is right in the historic centre and not far from the port. The apartment is very modern with everything you need so if you are looking for Italian charm you will just need to spend your time outdoors. We were there for 9 days and it would have been nice to have had an extra set of towels and sheets .

Great start to explore Cinque Terre!
This is a lovely, comfortable apartment very close to the La Spezia train station. It was very easy to get to and go explore Cinque Terre towns from this location. It’s very near good restaurants and supermarkets. We would stay again.

Great location and stay for trips to Cinque Terre
Came with family and this was a perfect location for day trips to Cinque Terre. Close to train station and town square for dinners. Apartment was very comfortable.

Great location, very nice apartment
We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is perfect as it's only a 5 minute walk to the train that takes you into Cinque Terre, and it's a short walk to many fantastic restaurants.
We were met by Gianni's father Pino for the check in, and everything went very smoothly. Gianni was available to us by text throughout our stay, and answered all of our questions very quickly.
Our tip if you book this is to get the link to book the parking garage from Gianni in advance of your stay if you are driving. We got it from him the day before arrival, and by then the first two days were already full at the garage. Street parking is very difficult in this area, so we ended up having to park at the train station for €25 per day.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Wir waren jeweils mit Gianni in Kontakt. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich. Einzig ein Küchenmesser fehlt in der Küche. :)

We had a wonderful stay here. Five adults was not at all crowded, and you could have 6-8 especially if 1-2 were kids. The apartment is close to the the train station, But you dont hear the trains at night. Short walk into town as well. Highly recommend this property.

Très bel appartement, fonctionnel, très propre et bien décoré. Situation idéale, 5 minutes à pied de la gare afin de visiter tous les magnifiques villages de la région dont les Cinque Terre.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5mn a pied de la gare ou 15 mn du port pour visiter les cinq Terres, mais aussi Portovenere et Lerici.

Notre séjour de trois jours à La Spezia a été très agréable entre autres grâce à cet appartement où on se sentait comme la la maison. Tout était parfait: l’emplacement, l’équipement, l’air climatisé, etc. À louer sans hésitation.

Pleasant vacation
Five minutes walk to train station, giving access to Cinque Terre, Florence, Lucca, and Pisa among others. Clean, modern apartment with all the amenities. Barbara was very helpful. Great market in La Spezia. Italians are warm, friendly people. Would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the apt. which is conveniently located within walking distance from La Spezia central train station. It's also spacious and clean and has all the amnenities. We like the cozy kitchen, every morning we had breakfast in the apt then take the train to the villages. We would recommend this place !
