Peu importe quel moment de l'année vous venez nous rendre visite, nous offrons beaucoup de choses intéressantes à faire, des plages du parc de l'Etat, à des festivals de la Renaissance, le Fair Haven Golf Course, le centre de la nature à quelques minutes. En été, nous organisons des visites de vignobles, des restaurants délicieux et des activités de loisirs pour tous les goûts. Le vignoble est à seulement 30 minutes.

This Fair Haven stay was great!, the pool and lawn area was perfect for the kids, lovely fire pit area. Place was close to town and two beaches as well as Fair Haven State park, Renaissance Festival! Kitchen had awesome cookware! Had access to two bathrooms, plenty of sleeping area! beautiful view of little Sodus bay Owner was available and very friendly! Great Stay!

Loved our stay! Will definitely be back at some point, when the pool is open. Stayed with family while our daughter was there for Reginals for cheer. Everyone loved it.

We had the most relaxing, comfortable time at this camp! It is beautifully landscaped and conscientiously maintained. The interior of the place is commodious and offered all the creature comforts: A/C, WiFi, flatscreens, front-loading washer/dryer, big walk-in shower, even a bidet! The exterior was the high point for our group; I think my husband would still be there at the fire pit if we let him. The pit was surrounded by beautiful iron benches so there was plenty of seating for everyone. Likewise, the spacious deck around the pool offered plenty of seating including covered patio, a 2-person swing, plenty of built-in benches, chairs, and loungers. The large yard was perfect for lawn games.George was a good owner in that he was around if needed, but completely unobtrusive.
It is a quirky place (which was a plus for us) but it’s not your normal layout. The downstairs has one large open plan room that included a giant table perfect for game night, and a well-stocked kitchen. There are three small bedrooms off the main room. All were very well-stocked with linens and very clean, and as a bonus, they all had ceiling fans.
You go up a very retro spiral staircase to the family room on the second level, which has plenty of comfy leather seating.
The front patio has a modern gas grill and two spacious tables with umbrellas which were made good use of.
A great space for entertaining overall!

The central air took the weather unpredictability out of the equation. Slept like a baby. Everything we needed was provided. Great place to stay!

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed with immediate family and cousins. We had other family over to visit and have dinner. The Layout of this house allowed for plenty of room for us to gather around the big table. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook. Unfortunately, we did not have time for the pool area. The pool area has a very large deck that allows for both sun and shade and relaxation. Very nice house. The owner stop by to introduce himself. He only stayed a few minutes and was very pleasant.

We were attending a wedding nearby and this was a great space to hang out with friends also in the area for the wedding and relax around all the events!

When we arrived around 2:30, the house was 55.4 degrees. The refrigerator was not on and was full of mouse feces. The 2 silverware drawers were full of mouse feces as well. The shower also had wood shavings and mouse feces in it. I had to clean before we unpacked. I left the drawers and didn’t eat at the house. Thank goodness there was an electric fireplace and an electric heater, so the house finally warmed up after hours and hours. There were plenty of towels, soap, and toilet paper. The rest of the house was decent and clean. It was close to everything and very convenient. If we ever come back, we will probably find a different place to stay.

My husband, college age, daughter, and I were looking for a place to just unwind, relax, and connect with each other after a very busy summer.
George’s place helped us do all of the above, as well as provided a wonderful venue to invite family and friends to come spend the day with us.
Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a large, dining table, the pool and deck… It all fit our needs perfectly. It’s obvious that George has put a lot of love into this place. Comfortable is the perfect word for it. Not overly modern, but very well maintained.
We felt at home and slept well the entire week!

This was the fourth time staying here while visiting family. It's convenient to everything: Lake, State Park, Town, with its gift shops, restaurants, convenience store and best ice cream. George has thought of every accommodation when building this home. The pool is crystal clean and gets all day sun, so it's the perfect temperature. Looking forward to next year.

We found the property to be bright and spacious. It accommodated more than we needed. The surroundings were quiet. The location offered easy access to Colloca Winery practically around the corner.

This cottage was top notch. Great location, super clean and comfortable!!! We were provided with everything to make us feel at home and the owner was so helpful when we locked ourselves out and came to the rescue. In spite of the wildfire smoke alert we were still able to sit outside on the great patio and take walks. We also went to Colloco Winery that was 5 min. away and got to taste the wonderful wine they have. We ate out at a few restaurants and came back to chill at our home away from home. The upstairs living room area is unique and cozy and bedrooms were so comfy.

Listed as handicap accessible - it was the only reason we booked it. The only thing that made it accessible was the plastic shower stool. No grab bars, shower head very high that it could not be reached, no accessibility in toilet area. The main living room was up a spiral staircase with no access. We basically stayed on the most uncomfortable sofa and chair that was very old. No access to fire out - it was across a stone driveway on a hill. Pool was not open for use and it was not indicated. We couldn’t even sit at the pool. The towels were nice and clean and new.

This property was the perfect location and distance away from Colloca Estate Winery, where my fiancé and I were getting married. It was a breeze checking in and out, and though we didn’t spend much time there since we were so busy with the wedding it was great to have a reliable, beautiful place to stay the night in.

The house is very nicely set up and very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out if you had family with you. The kitchen had everything everything you need. The pool area and the yard very nicely set up and taken care of. George was a very good host, responsive, helpful and a joy to meet. we enjoyed our stay. and would rent again.

Very dusty everywhere, vents, tables, window sill and windows. Walls need cleaning or dusting. Dead bugs along windowsills. Was asked not to strip beds (strange) we washed them ourselves and the throw rugs were very dirty we also washed them. But we did the best and had a nice time
