Xanadu a Premier Vacation Rental Located on Fair Haven Bay
Ce premier établissement met en vedette certains des plus belles vues sur la baie et le lac. Relax and unwind at Xanadu! Our group consisted of 11 adults (2 families), The home has wonderful views of the lake, and plenty of seating from several different spots. Upper balcony, main floor deck, outside fire pit, and several spots down by the water. The home has a large yard which makes it a great place for kids to run around. Good for adults who just want to hang out with friends. You can walk into the lake from the shoreline (don’t forget your water shoes!) or jump right in from the dock. King beds where a little on the firm side, but the queen size were comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous property and so much for the kids to do! Great dock, if you have a boat, pool table, hot tub, fire pit what more could you ask for. This place certainly lives up to the reviews!

We had a large group of 18 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has 2 of most things and that was very helpful. The yard and dock were great for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return!

Our 2nd year Celebrating Thanksgiving Weekend at Xanadu…..when we talked about location over the summer everyone said “let’s go back to the house we used last year” We had 10 this year and plenty of space to spread out or plenty of space to gather for food and games. Great location, love visiting Colloca Winery. Def recommend this rental for any event even if your group is bigger. Clean, comfy and inviting!!

The house was absolutely perfect for the Bride, Groom and wedding party!! Rehearsal was hosted next door and so convenient to Colloca Winery which hosted the wedding and reception. It was such a magical weekend and we loved our stay! Thank you for hosting us.

The property is absolutely stunning. Right on the lake, the sunrises were gorgeous. The house is much bigger than it looks on the outside. We rented it for 18 of us going to a wedding down the road. There was so much space for everyone to enjoy their time without feeling like we were all on top of each other. The owners were wonderful helping us whenever we had any problems, which wasn’t often and so minimal. We have talked about renting it again next summer for a more laid back weekend to enjoy the time there.

We had the absolute best stay and it was perfect for housing our bridal party after our wedding. The house is absolutely breathtaking and offered so many amenities to keep us entertained! And I mean - you cannot beat the views! I highly recommend this property and the owners were incredible to work with! Can't thank them enough for the perfect stay after our perfect day!

This place was absolutely beautiful!! We stayed here for our wedding at Collocas and had our entire bridal party stay here with us. Everyone fit so comfortably and we had so much space! The views were incredible!! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future :) What an amazing house!

What a great time we had at this property!!! Ben and Bernie were great hosts! Very thorough during initial walk through. Home had everything we needed for our family trip with 20 people. Plenty of room for sleeping and enjoying the property as a group. Kitchen setup was great it had everything you needed to make a great meal. The two refrigerators in kitchen were great and bonus one on the lower lever a plus! Linens and towels were plentiful. We made great memories around the fire every night. We would return for another stay!

Very nice house, no surprises. The house was very clean, and the description was accurate. The view of the lake so beautiful. The host was quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner was great, always replied to all communication. Patient when I forgot how to lock the door. We were the first ones in for the season, so there was a couple of cleanliness issues that could have been addressed. However the house is great, beds are super comfortable. Would go back.

The house easily accommodated 9 of us. Loved the 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens. And the view was beautiful! We enjoyed the large back deck, wonderful fire pit, hot tub and the dock which all had fantastic views of the water.

Great Place for friends and family. We had a wedding at Colloca Estate Winery. This place was .2 miles away from the venue and it was very convenient. Most of our wedding party stayed here and had a blast. Would most definitely stay there again.

We had family from five states for a family wedding. Although it would have been nicer to have one extra bedroom, everyone found accommodations that worked for them.

Our group of 12 coworkers/friends enjoyed our fun, relaxing, “Girls Weekend.” The host stopped by once we arrived and went over everything and details regarding garbage removal, operation of hot tub, awning, etc..The home was furnished with plenty of towels and all linens were provided, making it much easier to pack. The sunrise over the bay was magnificent. A few in our groups went on a short hike to Chimney Bluffs at the nearby state park. Overall, an A+ weekend!!

Beautiful vacation rental
We stayed here for a long weekend in June and were happy we chose this property. The house was clean and comfortable with beautiful water views, and the host was very friendly and responsive to questions. The house is in a great location with a winery just down the road and a beautiful state park a few miles away.

Perfect stay for family wedding
Home was beautiful and close location to Colloca Winery where my son’s wedding was. House was huge and comfort. Beautiful large kitchen and large patio. My family enjoyed the space and views. Coopers were great hosts.

Amazing house
Me and my family had so much fun at this house! The dishwasher flooded a couple times even though we didn’t use it, and we managed to clean up the water. We would totally recommend and we will be coming again soon!

Wonderful property
We really loved our stay at this property. It's got everything you'd want for a week away, beautiful location, great amenities, and a super host. We love the huge table in the dining room and the kitchen is great for making meals together. The downstairs movie room is also great for video games. Will def stay here again.

Happy to return
This was our third annual family gathering at Xanadu. It is a perfect fit as we are all water activity oriented. We are able to keep three boats at the dock including a 16' sailboat, we use our kayaks and the two provided and the dock works well for swimming. The hot tub is our go to at the end of a day on the bay and lake.
Brad is very accessible and helpful. Our first day we had internet questions and within an hour, he was there to help us log on.
Thank you Brad and Bernie for another wonderful week of memories.

VERY NICE property and house. Mgr very responsive for kitchen needs. A bit sloped if you like lawn games. July 4th celebration was superb.

The house was in great condition and able to fit everyone in our group. The owner was very helpful and quick to answer messages.

Our only complaints were the cleanliness. You could tell the property hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. There were flies and gnats in the kitchen. Also, although there were two sinks in the kitchen, we didn't have enough dish towels to clean and cook. We had Thanksgiving there so we had multiple people cooking and cleaning at a time, which made it difficult. Also, a couple of the appliances and other amenities didn't work well (can opener, cable kept going out, hot tub stayed luke warm). Overall the property just needs some minor upgrades and a deep clean and I would definitely recommend it. The owner was available and nearby so that was comforting as well.

Great time for whole family!
We came here as an extended family. We had a great time! There were places for everyone. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. The house was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the deck was beautiful, what a sunrise to see. Great dock to fish off. We hope to come back!
