Ce charmant chalet de plage est parfait pour des vacances ou une courte escapade. Près de toutes les activités - belles plages, bons restaurants, pêche et terrains de golf. Marchez jusqu'à la plage de Glendon Rd. Un court trajet en voiture de West Dennis Beach. Séjour d'avril à octobre, la maison est chauffée. Climatisation centrale et ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres à coucher, salon / salle à manger et laveuse / sécheuse dans la cuisine. Foyer dans la cour arrière parfait pour le plaisir en famille.
La maison a été mise à jour avec un nouveau micro-ondes, de la literie, des lumières, un ventilateur de plafond, une climatisation et de nombreuses autres commodités.
C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de vos vacances. Situé à Mid Cape près de toutes les attractions. Des vacances de rêve qui attendent d'arriver.

Enjoyed our visit. The cottage was in a good location and a nice quiet neighbourhood. Host was very easy to deal with. The cottage was not quite as clean or well stocked as we are used to with other rentals we’ve had, but still good. Dennis Port is a great central location on the Cape.

The house is small as are the bedrooms, but the beds are comfortable and there are tvs in every room. The ac was fantastic and the backyard was lovely. Nice place.

Nice house - appreciated the central a/c, nice large backyard patio with grill and outdoor shower. 15-20 minute walk to nearest beach. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Please be aware to bring your own towels and toilet paper/paper towels. Was surprised at the amount of cleaning I was asked to do prior to departure.

The house was great. A wonderful weekend stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach and a great location. There was a slight problem beyond everyone’s control with the cable company and the service at the house and Karen was very friendly and immediately responsive. Our situation was resolved within an hour. We would definitely consider a return stay!

The house was perfect for us 3 ladies. The size was just right for our needs. Location was perfect (right in the middle of the Cape). Easy to get to and quiet neighborhood.

Property is perfect, just what you need for a beach stay. Backyard was great, fire pit and table to relax on after a Long Beach day. Outdoor shower was a plus.

Had to leave 2 nights worth as the wind was too much for a fire 2 nights.
This was our first time in Dennis Port. Nice community. Beaches were good.

The WiFi wasn’t working and the front door lock box didn’t work. I had no way contacting the owner.

Karen was lovely and wonderful. She made sure that the house had all we needed to start off our vacation. The neighborhood is quiet with lovely neighbors. There are two beaches nearby within a 10 minute walk.

The place was great. On a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice fenced in yard.

Classic cape house
We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was comfortable inside and had a real nice patio out back as well. Great for the price at this time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for myself and my 3 adult daughters. The kitchen had everything you might need, small but very manageable. The back yard is awesome, nice fire pit and very well kept yard. We will be going back to this cottage every time we go to the Cape. Karen was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your home Karen

Dennisport cottage
The cottage was the perfect size for me, my mom and my daughter. we each got our own bedroom. It had everything you could want inside and outside. the only negative was the minute you entered the cottage there was a overwhelming musty smell.

Very clean, charming home. Loved the back yard for the little ones - especially with the fence and gate for keeping them in the back. Would definitely rent again!!

Charming, well-situated Cape Cottage
This rental was perfect for our little family of three! The house was clean and had a huge backyard with a fire pit and lots of seating as well as a new outdoor shower. Its location is great too- it took us under twenty minutes to get into downtown Chatham, and is only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. I would definite stay again and recommend it!
Karen was also very easy to get in touch with/responsive prior to our trip.

Perfect Retreat
If you want a well equipped, clean, centrally located to the beach and restaurants, easy access to the rest of the Cape and a lovely owner to deal with, then this rental is for you! We were three girls on a knitting get a way who enjoyed both the property and the surrounding area. Walking to the beach a couple of times a day, is quick and interesting through the neighborhood

Great Beach Cottage
I normally don't write reviews but after staying at this beach cottage I have to say I really had an enjoyable time. Everything was close by including the beach which we walked to. The back yard was wonderful. There was a large patio perfect for cookouts and morning coffee. The fire pit made the night enjoyable and the kids loved it. Best of all the outside shower was amazing.
Inside the cottage was comfortable and each bedroom had a TV. Plenty of room for everyone. The washer and dryer was definitely a plus. I would highly recommend this cottage and look forward to coming again.

Amazing Cottage Great Location
A friend told me about this cottage and all I can say is WOW! My family of 5 couldn't ask for a better location and the cottage was perfect. This is the post card Cape Cottage complete with large backyard, over sized outdoor shower and fire pit. The inside of the cottage was perfect and decorated in the Cape flavor. I couldn't ask for a better place. The outside shower was amazing and fun.
The owner was nice and very helpful when I contacted her.
The cottage is close to the beaches we walked to Glendon Beach every morning.
I would highly recommend this cottage and will definitely be back.

Good things come in small packages!
We experienced a bit of dismay at a couple of things upon arrival (the realization that, despite the property description, there was only 1 bath, not 1 1/2 as listed; also the foot tall weeds in the back yard). However, the cottage was very nice, with all the other amenities listed. The beach, restaurants, shopping were all within a few minutes drive. (Beach was only a 17 minute walk.) Very quiet neighborhood. Back patio was a haven for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and evening barbecue. Fire pit and outdoor shower were also plusses. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Wonderful cottage in Dennisport
My family of 6 stayed in this lovely cottage for a week this summer (August 2016). While the cottage is small it had everything we needed! The living space (kitchen and living room) are open and have plenty of comfortable seating. The bedrooms are small but beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect! We walked to Glendon Rd Beach 5 out of the 7 days we were here. Kayaking on the Swan river is also within walking distance. We would recommend staying here and look forward to returning!
