Bienvenue dans notre MAISON de plus de 3 000 pieds carrés, 5 chambres avec une belle cour arrière dans une impasse très calme. Nous sommes à moins de 8 km de la NASA. Conduisez-y en quelques minutes et profitez du Space Center et du centre de commande de Houston pour la NASA.
Nous sommes à moins de 25 minutes en voiture du quartier de la marina et de la promenade de Kemah. Nous sommes à mi-chemin entre la grande ville de Houston et l'île de Galveston en bord de mer. À 34 miles de Galveston et à 20 miles du centre-ville de Houston.
Nous avons une magnifique suite parentale avec lit king size californien avec salle de bain principale privée.
Il y a 2 lits queen size et deux lits doubles dans les 4 autres chambres.
Il y a une grande salle familiale avec vue directe sur la cour arrière et un grand salon formel combiné avec la salle à manger formelle.
Cuisinez dans la grande cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils haut de gamme.

Cette maison est une excellente maison de taille Texas pour venir profiter de la grande région de la côte du Golfe étant assez proche de Houston mais loin de tout le trafic et de la congestion de la grande ville.

We were pleased overall with our stay. The house is spacious and cozy and the yard beautifully landscaped. We would have been more comfortable if we could have set the thermostat a little lower than the 72 degree limit (we're from Colorado and not used to the heat ha ha). It was especially warm in the master bedroom. A couple of the faucet fell off in the bathrooms and there was no drain plug for the upstairs bath, making it difficult to bathe the kiddos.

This was a last minute rental due to our other rental being flooded out. The hosts were very easy to work with. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from!

The stay was amazing my two babies enjoyed running in the back yard.. instructions to get in and to leave was very self explanatory quiet area which a plus for me… overall stay was great main bed was really hard and no local channels available but overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable…I’ll definitely book again

The home is lovely and well-appointed. The only surprise was lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen which caused a last-minute grocery run. The backyard is absolutely beautiful! When I contacted the owner with a question he responded very quickly. I would rent it again.

We were in town for my mother’s 86th birthday and had a great stay. Appreciated a lower level master for my mother so she didn’t have to navigate stairs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay again!!

I came with two friends to host my nieces baby shower. We only were there for a few hours every night and slept there but the home was very comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy, but it was a great home. Recommend it. Very spacious.

The home was clean and beautifully decorated with spacious and comfortable seating. We did not have any problem signing in to the tv apps to watch our favorite Christmas movies. Having the 5 bedrooms was a real plus to accommodate our family dynamics. The home was conveniently located to all our family members we were visiting for Christmas in the area and this was really important to us. The kitchen was great and we were able to prepare the food we were taking to share with family members at various events. The owners were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Great home away from home for our holiday needs.

Home was furnished nicely and had a large, fenced in back yard. Family room TV received no local live stations (so no local weather forecasts) and no sports stations. (Ex. ESPN: we were asked to sign in.)
We received a long list of instructions on being quiet in both the front and back of the house, in parking our cars, and when entering and leaving. It seemed almost as if the owners didn't want the neighbors to know anyone was staying there. There was also a large note of admonition in the kitchen saying that this home was "not a rental property." But, we paid to stay there. Doesn't that make it a rental property?
Because of all the admonitions and instructions left by the homeowner, I felt self conscious all the time I was on the property. I was unable to relax since we were unable to watch TV at all. I just felt like I was imposing and that at any moment I might bother the neighbors. Perhaps, I'm just too sensitive.
P.S. The gutters need to be cleaned out.

My family and I were so happy with the stay.

We were a party of 5 sisters with 2 husbands. This beautiful home had 5 bedrooms which was perfect for us. Six of us travelled from Mississippi to celebrate our sister who lives in Houston turning 60. This home accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We only dined out three times during our 7 day stay. We cooked a lot. Everything was very comfortable just like being at home. Very well decorated and just really really nice.
We did miss having more TVs for leisure time but we made it work. I’d recommend bringing your iPad or laptop to catch your favorite shows. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. Very close to dining and shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend this wonderful house to anyone wanting to stay in this area and we certainly plan to rent it again.
Should be noted only the huge master bedroom is downstairs. Elderly people may find the stairs challenging up upstairs bedrooms and bath. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Nice comfortable property
We were in town for a collegiate golf tournament at Bay Oaks Country Club. This property was close to the course. Appreciated having soap, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom (I always forget mine). We had a comfortable stay, only negative was the owner did not want us entertaining or hosting a larger group (we wanted to provide a meal for the golf team and coaches) at the property so we had to change our plans last minute to a local restaurant. Would stay again at this property.

Wonderful home for our Texas vacation
My family stayed in this beautiful home for our Texas vacation. The house was in the perfect location for all of our activities. There was plenty of room for 5 adults to visit, play games, eat, and still have room for everyone to have their "space". The quiet neighborhood was so nice after activity filled days. It was a small thing, but the front porch light timers were wonderful! It was bright and welcoming - it truly felt like coming "home" each night.
The owners are very friendly and responsive to any and all questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

XO Marriage Conference at Grace Church Stay

This is a great property with very friendly owner/managers. Only downsides: advertises all king beds - only one is a king (others are queen) - we really wanted the king beds. The 10:00am checkout is too early anx they are firm on that. Otherwise, it’s a really great place to gather.

Clear Lake Home
Lovely house, very comfortable. Friends and family gathered over the weekend to clear out the family home and get it ready for sale. Several long days for us, so it was lovely to be able to come back to a place where we could relax, have a common room for visiting. Thanks very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Absolutely amazing!
Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! The property was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Definitely a must stay. My group loved their stay the only downfall was the rain because we were unable to enjoy the properties gorgeous backyard. I will must certainly look to book again!

Couple's Retreat
We traveled with 4 couples all over 50 years old. This house was amazing and HUGE! From the moment we entered the home we felt welcome. The house is well decorated and extremely accommodating with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything in the house is updated and controlled by some type of technology. The backyard landscape and lighting allow you to continue your fellowship and conversations well into the night. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Houston and Galveston with many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and a mall within 5 miles. Sam and Sabiha, the property owners were very gracious host. They attended to our every needs within minutes of the request. We could not have asked for more. Thank you Sam and Sabiha for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Home sweet home
My family and I traveled to clear lake for a family event and absolutely fell in love with this beautiful home! (I even joked to my husband I was going to stay forever;)
It was so comfortable and homey feeling and in a great location to all our events. I highly recommend staying in this home you won’t be disappointed. It was easy to book and the owners were so wonderful and attentive to our questions and needs. Thank you! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home to stay in!
Sams home was just as described and in a great location. We had a full house and it still had room to spare. Home was very well stocked with essentials, and a great backyard for kids to run around in. 5 stars!!!

Great place for my team!
I sent some employees for a 3 day training near here and the place was clean, property as described and definitely a more cost effective way than renting 5 hotel rooms. Being in a home-like environment helped them get to know each other better rather than in a hotel room. The owners were easy to communicate with and overall a great experience.
