The price is indeed cheap but the room is very descent
A lot of ants and even the termites in the room.
The internet was slow and most of the time loss.

The location is strategic and can easily find convenience stores/restaurants/ book grabs. The room is clean and comfy.
The thing that was quite inconvenient is the low water pressure for hot water and no iron board.
