Cette charmante maison de 2 chambres est joliment décorée et offre de nombreux équipements, y compris de nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers (cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, laveuse / sécheuse, etc.). Il est situé juste à côté de la Belt Highway, près des autoroutes I-29 et 36.

This is an older home with touch ups and cute decor as displayed in listing. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. As only one in the house, recommend it get a deep cleaning.

We enjoyed having a cute and spacious home to come home to each evening! Enjoyed the patio, watching the bunnies and squirrels play while having a beverage. David was so pleasant and easygoing. Really enjoyed all our interactions. Perfect for our visit to the Missouri Star Quilt company!

This home is very clean and comfortable and communication is EXCELLENT! David quickly responded to our questions and checked on us to ask if there was anything we needed. This is also a great location and we enjoyed the back yard patio in the evenings.
( Be aware there are quite a few steps to enter this home so if that’s an issue I would recommend checking out one of David’s other properties; he is most definitely a super host!) 👍👍

Our stay at this property was perfect while we visited family in the area. Located right off the beltway with easy access to the highway. The property had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The host was easily reached if we had any questions. We will stay here or at another of David’s properties next time we are in town!

Simply the best!
First, David Sandy is the host with the most. If there were an instruction manual on how to be a vrbo host, he would have written it. And given classes. Fun, classy, and if you are lucky--he will show you a magic trick based on his decades as a professional magician. All the important things in this place--very clean; safe and convenient location; all necessities; and alexa for reminders and entertainment. If you have alexa at home and are accustomed to using it regularly, I cannot emphasize enough what a plus this was. Music and reminders. Great layout in home. Lots of nice touches with art and books. And did I say clean! I will stay here next time I am in St. Jo--my hometown.

The best part of my trip!
I was in St. Joe moving my son for college from CA. Suffice to say, just about everything that could go wrong, did, but at least at the end of our very hectic days we had an extremely clean, quiet home to come home to - it made the days’ stresses melt away. David is an amazing host!! He even got involved (when asked) and helped us navigate some of the issues we ran into during our visit - coming from out of state, I asked for his guidance and help and he delivered! Will definitely stay with him again during my many planned visits back to see my son. Thank you, David, your comfy home was the best part of the trip.

David was a wonderful host. He greeted us upon check-in with an introduction to the property’s features and checked back with us the next day to ensure everything was as expected. Comfortable, Clean, Neat
We enjoyed our stay. Being late January, it was cold and snowy, but the house was "toasty warm". David was an attentive host, and his place is well cared for. Would stay there again. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was because of the number of steps leading up to the house, but fortunately David kept them clear and salted.
