Avec quatre niveaux partageant un intérieur spécieux de 400 m² avec sept chambres, plus deux cuisines et deux salons, chacun dans le groupe est sûr d'avoir son coin d'intimité. Le niveau semi-enterré propose des divertissements tels qu'un sauna, une cave à vin, un billard, une table de ping-pong et une salle de sport. Le premier niveau se compose de 2 chambres doubles, le deuxième niveau d'1 chambre avec 2 lits simples et enfin le 3ème niveau où vous trouverez 3 chambres doubles et une autre chambre avec 2 lits simples. Une piscine chauffée en saison, des chaises longues, un barbecue et un coin salon ombragé sont également disponibles pour votre plaisir. Dans sept chambres, 14 invités sont confortablement logés. De plus, un adulte ou deux enfants peuvent être logés sur le canapé-lit disponible au troisième niveau. Située entre les montagnes de Kozjak et la mer d'un bleu étincelant, à mi-chemin entre les centres culturels de Split et de Trogir, Kaštela est depuis des siècles l'endroit où il faut être. Les familles nobles l'ont pensé et ont construit leurs châteaux ici, d'où Kaštela tire son nom. De nombreux restaurants servant de délicieuses spécialités locales, des boutiques et de merveilleuses plages se trouvent à proximité. Ivana’s villa was absolutely stunning, we had plenty of room for a big group and plenty of things to do within the villa. Ivana was also extremely helpful and responsive whenever we messaged. The location was great as there was a nearby supermarket as well as the beach. A 15-20 min walk along the beach took you to amazing and well-priced restaurants.
Would 100% recommend to any big groups 😊

Great house for a big group, and a pleasant, quiet location away from the crowds. The highlight of our visit was a cruise for the day - our boat picked us up near the house rather than in super busy Split.

We wanted accommodation that would suit 12 of us made up of 3 generations - this was the perfect space.
Space if we wished to be alone and great communal spaces to be together.
The cleanliness was amazing but the support of this family run accommodation was exceptional. Never ‘in your face’. Left to our own devices but immediately there is required - perfect!
The surrounding area was great - beach, bakery, supermarket, butchers, restaurants all within walking distance.
All the small things that polish off the accommodation, great showers/water pressure, topped up kitchen utensils, change of bed linen half way through, local advice.

Clean, very big, lots of areas to relax. Great for big groups with having two kitchens and living rooms. Games room and sauna in the basement is also a nice bonus.

Absolutely stunning house and great hosts. A family run properly where they met us at the airport and provided a taxi to and from the house. The house itself is stunning, so big with lots of lovely well kept bedrooms. The games room and wine cellar are great additions and feels like you’re at another venue. The pool area is spacious and the whole property was spotless. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return if we were to come back. There is a lovely restaurant called Mala Mora which was walking distance from the house, on the seafront- great food and very friendly staff. About a 20 minute Uber into split centre and there are shops near by for food etc.

The villa was incredible! When the owner met us at the villa, he took us on a tour and the rooms just kept on going and going, there was everything you could ever need for a weekend/week away. There are a lot of stairs to get to all of the floors, but this wasn't a problem for any of us. The rooms are spacious, clean and kept up to date with amenities such as air con, PlayStation 3 console and plenty of space to unpack all of your stuff.
The location is great, with it only being a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 20-30 minute drive to Split, depending on traffic.
The garden area with the pool, shaded seating area and bbq were fantastic and were greatly appreciated for our weekend.
All in all, the villa is amazing and I would fully recommend to anybody looking to stay near Split!

I stayed here with a group of 13 friends and we have been so happy with our choice.
This is a beautiful villa in a great location. There are local marinas and beaches that are a quick walk away and you have Split just down the road. The villa is spacious with a great pool and a lot of things to do inside (table football, pool, table tennis, gym, sauna etc.).
The hosts are friendly, polite and great in terms of communication. They quickly replied to any questions that we had and were a pleasure to deal with for check-in and check-out.
Would highly recommend.

The house was the perfect place for our large family holiday. We couldn't have asked for more from the house or the hosts. Great pool area, lovely games room, and even the play area for young children was great. Would highly recommend to any large group!

Great host and villa. With 13 friends in total we had a great and wonderful time. Everything was there and there were even drinks already cold in the fridge. Supermarket and beach are very close (5 min walk) and even places to eat. Only bad thing was the distance from Split centre, but even with all the Ubers and taxis it was easy to arrange and get in Split in 22 minutes. Very spacious villa with mutiple floors.

Our stay at this Kaštel Lukšić house was absolutely perfect! The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The house is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great time and the location is great, with sea views and not far from the city by car. I will absolutely be staying there again if I come to Split. 100% recommend!!!

We spend almost a week in the place (14 people) and we had the best stay! The accommodation itself is huge, 2 kitchen fully equipped, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, so much chilling space, inside and outside: pool, games room and sauna was amazing! The beach and supermarkets are nearby. The communication was easy and helpful.

The property has so much space, plenty of different rooms and balconies if the teens wanted their own space, likewise if we were all together there was more than enough space in the main open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area.

Stunning Villa, so much space for 16 guests. Our group of girls aged 20-60 had an amazing time in this immaculately clean and spacious home. Everything we could ever want for the perfect spot to celebrate my daughters forth coming wedding and within 20 minutes drive from the centre of Split. Kastel Luksic is a gorgeous town itself, right on the beach with beautiful restaurants and friendly bars. The owners Ivana and Ante could not have been more helpful and our every ask was their command. Having 2x 8 seaters on call to take us anywhere we needed was an amazing bonus and so reasonably priced as well.

Great place for a family / group holiday - the games room is an absolute winner! The villa is extremely spacious and the acoustic insulation is great, so it’s very quiet at night.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Klaudija text me the day of our flight to see what time we’d check in and whether we’d need food provided as we were arriving late. The vill was incredible, such a beautiful and clean space which was perfect for our large group. We love the pool area and the location. We had to message the host a couple of times about a tripped fuse/hot water, but they replied really quickly so everything was sorted easily. We’ll definitely be booking again

We had the honour to stay here with a couple of friends.
The size and facilities of the villa were a lot better than we expected. The location is also great as you are only 15 - 20 minutes from Split centre away. There were also 6 bikes available to explore the neighbourhood and to go to the supermarket.
The host was also excellent. If you need anything they will arrange it for you.
Would definitely go back here.

Loved it (despite poor communication from Homeaway)
Beautiful villa, way bigger than it looks in the photos. Perfect for a big family. The owner, Ivana, was so helpful. Shame about unsatisfactory customer service from Homeaway (not sure I'll use this agency again). Thank you so much Ivana - it was even worth the quarantine on return to the UK! x

This property is exceptional - good location and a beautiful, well-appointed house. The highlight for us was the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of both the owner and Anke. The owner was wonderful in helping us get acclimated to the area and move around. When there was an unexpected problem with the house (through no one's fault), the owner and her husband couldn't have been more solicitous and helpful in making sure the problem had the least impact on my family, They were warm, caring, and made sure we had what we needed to successfully continue our vacation. Anke also made sure we were well taken care of. Because of their care, concern, and being pro-active, our vacation was uninterrupted and we enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in Croatia.

Beautiful Kastsla
This was our first time to Croatia. This villa had everything for a large group of people. There was 14 of us and the Villa worked absolutely perfect. It was close to the sea and the beaches. Very close to restaurants and bars. And just a short bus ride away from split main town. This villa is a must. The owner Ivana was absolutely fantastic and was there at a blink of an eye for any problems we had. There was free transport to and from the airport by a tour guide named John. He booked everything for us RE. white water rafting and boat trips and we even got to see a game of football at the main stadium

Fantastic, spacious villa suitable for large families
We hired this villa for a week in July as a family of 12, and we loved it. There was plenty of space for a group of this size and the property was very clean. The outdoor facilities are excellent - the pool is great, and there is a BBQ, kids' play area and outdoor seating area which we enjoyed using. The villa was perfect for our stay, my only suggestion to the owners/managers would be that more day-to-day essentials be provided - things like more cleaning materials (for wiping kitchen surfaces etc), toilet rolls, more kitchen utensils & kettle etc.
We really enjoyed our stay here and we wanted to stay longer. The owner was really good to deal with - always contactable and even let us have a later check out. Would definitely book again.

ein ganz tolles Haus für eine grosse Gruppe
Wir, 12 Mädels aus dem Schwarzwald, sind echt aus dem Häuschen. von Kroatien und dem Ferienhaus. Der Flugplatz Split in der Nähe, die freundliche und kompetente Betreuung vor Ort, haben uns sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt nichts, aber wirklich nichts, was gefehlt hat. Der Strand ist um die Ecke und in ein paar Meters erreicht man auch Restaurants und Supermärkte. Idealer Urlaub für eine grosse Gruppe ohne Auto.

Das Ferienhaus, die Einrichtung, der Garten, der Pool, die Gastgeber - alles wundervoll !!! Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage hier verbracht. Der Service vor Ort, die Menschen alles war wundervoll !!!
Wir waren 14 Freunde, die eigentlich nicht viel im Sinn hatten, außer Spaß, Sonne und einen netten Kurzurlaub.
Das Haus ist perfekt für große Gruppen. Es gibt 2 Küchen im Ferienhaus so groß, dass sich auch 4 Leute gleichzeitig betun konnten. Bäder und Zimmer sauber. Supermarkt ist fussnah um die Ecke und man braucht maximal 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand.
