Clean and well appointed, Beautiful view. Comfortable and spacious. Property Manager went above and beyond to accommodate our travel delays and late arrival.

The website does not do this apartment justice...it is excellent. Location is minutes from Parliament building with a private balcony overlooking the Danube and a tram stop virtually on your doorstep. All facilities are modern, clean and simple instructions are provided for every utility in the apartment. Complimentary coffee, wine and fruit juice was a very nice touch. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward, with the apartment managers helping out with all of our questions. Would highly recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation in returning.

This is a perfect location, close to public transport, tourist sites such as Parliament House and food stores. The second bedroom accommodates 1 person only. The views of the river and Buda are a highlight. The managing staff are very responsive and helpful. We like it so much, we rebooked for next year!!

The stay at this apartment was great. The owner was very communicative and easy to communicate with about check in, etc. He arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment to drop off bags upon arrival as we arrived earlier than check in and arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport on departure. The apartment was as described with a great kitchen, comfortable beds and the view of the Danube from the balcony was incredible. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern, upscale and spacious inside an historic, old-school building: the perfect mix when visiting Europe. Excellent location within walking distance to everything, with easy Bolt Taxi service to everything else (trips just $5-$10 USD). And the view—magical! This apartment worked beautifully for our group of two 40-somethings and three adult kids, 19, 23, and 24.

Everything about this apartment was perfect; the location, the view, the furnishings and the "welcome" bottle of wine, juice and water left for us. The fantastic property manager (Mitya) even walked me to the nearest grocery store after our arrival, and the owner (Vincent) came to check us out in person the last day to make sure everything had gone well and arrange for transportation to the airport. They could not have been more kind and accommodating and we will definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! The apartment is in a great location and very convenient for walking. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need. And the view - the view was AMAZING. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the balcony. If we found ourselves in Budapest again, for sure would stay here!

From start to finish everything was great,from check in to checkout.This apartment is fantastic everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook a meal,I did ,so go to the market and get some wonderful produce. Used the trams especially the no 2 which runs right near the apartment,the view from the bedroom and balcony could be better…only joking ! It is a stunning view ! Thank you Vincent and team.

Fantastic all around- amazing view of the city, especially magical with evening lights; modern comfortable furnishings with upscale appliances, fabulous location for walking, trams etc, The whole process was smooth from booking to checkout. And there was a decent elevator- not a one person cage! Grab this apartment if it is available!

Superb view of the Danube. Very tidy, clean and well appointed. Perfect for our party of two with an adult granddaughter. She had her own bed to and bathroom.

The property is stunning with high ceiling in a traditional block. It is beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to explore the city with stunning views to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. If we return to the city we would definitely stay here and we will recommend to our friends.

Everything about the apartment was perfect for our needs. My daughter and I were visiting family in Budapest. The location is perfect, conveniently close to trams and the Parliament. Vincent was very responsive to our questions before the trip. Niki greeted us at check-in and kindly walked us through the apartment, showing us how to use the appliances, windows, etc. They were very professional. Fortunately, the weather was incredible for March, and we spent most of our time at the apartment on the terrace, enjoying the view of the Danube River and Castle Hill. The beds were very comfortable, and the blinds blocked most of the morning sun. We had family over and made Easter dinner for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need, down to the cheese grater. We enjoyed our stay here so much that it was hard to say goodbye! Thank you for making us feel so comfortable, and as Niki said, "It's your place now". I highly recommend staying in this apartment and hope to be back soon!

First of all, the pictures don't do this place justice. The view is amazing and worth sitting out on the balcony every chance you're at your home away from home. Secondly, the host was SUPER accomodating as we had a Lufthansa flight cancellation and we ended up driving into town, arriving many hours after our initial intended arrival time. The hosts were gracious and met us late and still walked us through all of the intro stuff and answered any questions we had. The space was HUGE, luxurious, clean, and was a perfect way for our group to end our vacation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communications were always great. We couldn't have asked for anything to be improved- we were so happy with our stay and hope to visit beautiful Budapest again in the future and will definitely look at your space again!

Check in and check out super easy. Would highly recommend. We enjoyed a fantastic Segway tour and using the e-scooters. The trams were really easy to use too. Loved Budapest!

A perfect base for us to explore Budapest. The apartment had everything we could need and in a perfect position with incredible views. Fantastic stay.

I was afraid it was too good to be true when I saw the pictures and the price, but it was even bigger and better than the pictures suggested. The view alone was worth the price. Everything was clean and modern and spacious. The rooms were all bigger than appeared in pictures. The kitchen looked very well appointed but we didn’t do any cooking. Great restaurants in walking distance. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go during our week stay. Communication with property managers was very clear and accurate. If I sever come back to Budapest I would try to stay here again!

Really good communication with Vincent and would definitely stay again. To be honest my only issue was we had two adult boys on the sofa bed and it naturally wasn’t the most comfortable- if you had smaller children wouldn’t matter at all and it’s hard to get good places for five so the advantages definitely outweighed that. Lovely place and would highly recommend.

Breathtaking view! This apartment was modern and comfortable and just as portrayed online, especially the view. The booking process was very professional and my daughter and I had no troubles finding the apartment and getting settled in. The host was very interactive and made sure we were greeted and taken care of. They even changed check in and check out times to correspond to our airport tickets.

As all of the previous reviews state, this apartment is a true gem to stay at and explore the beauty of Budapest. This was our first city of three for our European tour and it was the best to truly explore and experience with our teenagers. The photos are true to what you will walk into once you arrive. Modern amenities with old world charm architecture. The apartment balcony gives you a nice oasis to watch the river and Buda side of the city. Being minutes from the Parliament and metro, it is super easy to get around the city and take in all the sights. I agree with the previous renter, Bubo is a great cafe for breakfast and lunch. Vincent provides a very detailed book on all the of the amenities and other suggestions of places to try. With so many things so close to the apartment you can easily experience all of Budapest with just a couple of days. Vincent and his team are excellent with their communication both before and during your stay. Truly cannot say enough positive things about this experience. If you have thought about visiting Budapest, do it and stay at this location.

The first week of November we were lucky enough to be able to visit the wonderful city of Budapest. The city is spectacular, but the best thing about our stay was without a doubt this apartment. Being able to fall asleep watching the city of Buda from the Danube from your bed is priceless. It is an apartment in an old building with all the flavor of Budapest, but absolutely renovated and modern with exquisite taste. No detail was missing and it was perfect and cozy for the whole family. Due to a mistake when making the reservation, my husband and I forgot to mention that our 3 children were also coming, so the house had been prepared just for the two of us, but that was no problem for Nikki, who immediately organized everything very kindly and in a few minutes we were able to install all five. The welcome was fantastic and so was the communication with Vincent. They were very friendly and the house was immaculate. Five stars because there are no six. Thank you very much to the team!

Before booking this apartment I was concerned as my son would be 8 months old at the time of the holiday. An email to the property owner Vincent and within a couple of replies my mind was completely at rest. Not only would there be a travel cot available and already assembled but a high chair too. The apartment itself is a very small walk away from both the Hungarian parliament building and the shoes on the Danube. The apartment itself overlooks the Danube and in the distance you can see all of the major landmarks on the Budacastle side. At night this view becomes even more spectacular. In the morning we would get breakfast from an amazing little cafe North of the apartment called Bubo and that would set us up for the day. Overall I don’t think the you could get a better place to start off your Budapest adventure, to the north you have Margaret Island Lumin Park (amazing at night for young children) to the East you have Heroes Square and the museums, to the South you have the Hungarian Parliament building and St Stephen’s Basillica and to the West you have Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion just over the river. Prior to going if you’re going with small children I’d recommend everyone to download the Taxi app Bolt. It’s an amazing app and taxis are all over Budapest the longest ever wait we had was 6 mins and if you fancy eating in one night the food app Wolt is brilliant. This is a great property to explore Budapest from. We spent a week here, using the terrace and kitchen extensively. The view is even more dramatic than photos suggest, and the kitchen really well supplied with quality cookware and appliances. It made meal prep fun. As other reviewers say, good stores and transportation nearby and really clean. Vincent was a great host, very communicative and principled about providing a quality experience all the way around. He provided a 40+ hard back page guide book how everything works in the apartment as well as getting around the city and restaurants to try, etc. The guide book was golden … as was our stay. Undeniably 5 Stars!
