The apartment was right next to the slopes, it was clean, cosy and comfortable for a family of five. Next to the apartment there was a storage room where we could keep our ski equipment. The communication with the host, Penelope, was always easy. We received detailed instructions before our trip. Atogether it is a great place if you want to spend a couple of days in Turracher Höhe.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is new, clean,excellent location right at the skiing cable car, walking distance to the bakery,lake,restaurants.....the amazing view. Very friendly owner. Great environment fro children. Will definitely come back again.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, including fridge, oven and dishwasher. It is located directly to the slope of the lift Panoramabahn. Netflix is available on TV. Wifi was fast and was working properly.

It was almost perfect up to one point. In the one bedroom the seal of the windows was bad handcrafted. The windows are covering whole wall. There was strong wind during one night of our stay. The noise isolation is despite of the bad seal poor. Even the wooden framing of the window was making even worst noises as the wind itself. We could not sleep. After 2-3 hours the wind calm down, and also the noises stopped.

Perfect location, nice view, near to pist and quiet at the same time. Very comfortable and clean. Ideal for families. We will come back.

They ask for deposit in advanced , and they want it ion Paypal. They ask for it before giving the keys. I didn't like it at all. I rented many apartments via Booking, I always return them is good shape. They took 150 Euro deposit and return 141 euro. I don't know if this difference is Paypal's commission or they just expect me to do not notice it. They gave a single small bottle of soap/Shampoo for 4 people for 5 days, and there is no cleaning material for the washing machine. The price of the apartment is a little high for this area, and they could have try harder.

The location was perfect. Nice spacey apartment. The kitchen well equipped. And the communication went very nicely with the owner.
