Very nice house surrounded by the forest in Bellwood area. The room and bathroom are very nice and clean, and there is a whole area for the guests, including huge living room and dining area and kitchen if you wish to cook. We didn't use the kitchen but had the meals prepared by the hosts instead. It was delicious food, big variety of vegetables and really good spice tea. The family who owns the place is very friendly and caring. There is lot to see in the area, nice walks in Bellwood from the house and Hanthana mountain only 20 min away on tuk tuk. .

This was my second stay, first was back in 2019. It's good to see Shantha, the owner, hasn't lost his touch of hospitality. He and his wife are very accommodating and ready to help in any way. Food was so delicious, especially the Polos Curry. Highly recommended.

Super friendly family who's taking care there and trying to make the stay as nice as possible. The women of the house is an amazing cook and they keep the place very clean. It's in the mountains around Kandy, few minutes from the road so therefore emerged into nature and very quiet and peaceful.

The place very clean and tidy. Your can see natural beautiful scenery from the window. It is not far from Kandy either. The food cooked from fire wood test amazing. The vegetable curry and salad straight from the farm give you unforgettable test .Transport also not a big issue, because owner provide tuk tuk service for his customers.

The owner Shantha and his wife made things extremely easy for us. They were great hosts and always ready to help. Meals are authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and very delicious. From the moment we made the booking, his communication was excellent and until we reached his homestay, he stayed in touch making sure we won't lose our way. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended
