O endereço Santa Maria Maior, 1200-204, Lisboa, Portugal, que está no site da Booking, está ERRADO. O endereço Rua Garrett ao lado da Loja Swarovski, é o CORRETO. Quando chegamos em Lisboa fui para o endereço fornecido pela Booking: Santa Maria Maior, 1200-204, Lisboa, Portugal, conforme consta os prints em anexo, onde não está localizado o apartamento, foi muito transtorno, porque estávamos com muitas malas, ficamos mais de 01 hora tentando encontrar o apartamento e não encontramos, até porque ele não estava nesse endereço fornecido pela Booking. Tentei contato com a anfitriã Camila para nos passar o endereço correto e não tive sucesso. Enfim, depois de ter se passado mais de 01 hora, quando resolvi olhar as fotos do Apartamento pela Booking, encontrei a loja Swarovski e decidimos chamar um Uber e ir para esse endereço: Rua Garrett, 28, o tempo de viagem onde estamos até o correto, foi quase 30 minutos. Enfim o transtorno gerado foi muito grande, tive que gastar com outra condução, estávamos com muitas malas, o endereço fornecido no site da Booking é um bairro bem esquisito e afastado do bairro Chiado, onde fiz a reserva totalmente distante do endereço certo do Apartamento, Rua Garrett. Essa atualização de endereço deve ser feita no site da Booking, para que outras pessoas não passem e gasta dinheiro desnecessário, como foi o nosso caso.

The location was convenient.

This was one of the worst apartment rentals we ever had. We arrived from Porto on a hot day last week. Upon arrival, we had to locate the drop box behind a massage parlor metal sign. We were able to figure out the door entry and were surprised to find a sketchy massage parlor on the first floor. The building is very rundown and it takes 75 steps, yes 75 steps to get to the apartment due to the landings. The apartment itself is rundown, unlike the pictures. The massage parlor keeps the front door open for customers so anyone can come into the building? They also have no lights on any of the 75 steps so anyone could rob you or worse coming home at night, it is completely dark. We reached out to the owners to call us but received no callback. They advertise that there is air conditioning in this very hot unit. The air conditioner is one old floor unit that vents hot air out of the back, it's completely useless as it doesn't even cool one room. Also, you can't leave the air conditioning on when you are not there or it could overflow which it had done to previous guests based on the warped floor. The owner said we could leave the windows open and vent it through the open window doors. Doing so allows flies and car fumes into the apartment so that's basically the choice you have. Beds and pillows are really substandard, no privacy. They also have a mall down the street that sells air conditioners for $250 euro but like everything else in this apartment no effort was made to upgrade it. The TV was ridiculously small. Location was good but everything about this apartment was misleading and depressing. Not sure where these good ratings came from? We did ask the owners to get another air conditioning unit for $250 since I was paying $1500 but they refused by text. This experience was so poor I asked the owners for some reimbursement which I have never done but they never replied. I would not recommend this rental at all.

the apartment is huge! located in the best place near everything. it was clean and had everything we needed

it’s important to say it’s 4th floor, no elevator. and at night a little bit nosy (as we are in the middle of everything 😍)
