It was very nice that coffee pods were provided for our morning.

It would have been better if more towels were provided. There was only one bath towel per person, no face cloths or hand towels.

The property is really spacious on 2 levels. It’s great for a family with young adults or multiple couples.

The only issue we encountered was running the coffee maker, microwave and blow dryer at the same time. The older buildings don’t have the electrical capacity you have in your home.

I liked the area, the street was filled with mini markets, restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies. The people are extremely friendly, we are close to other locations. And the weather is amazing.

The only thing i did not like is that I wanted to stay more. Also the facility did not provide cleaning service so we had to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. It is okay for us but i am stating this for others who may care.

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location in Alfama. The apartment is on two levels and even has a small terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining table seats 6. Our host was responsive and helpful - he replied immediately to a question about the air conditioner. There is a small grocery store across the street, and lots of restaurants and bars just down the block, so it is right in the action. But we slept well and never heard any noise from the street.

Clean and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Nice touches such as coffee pods for machine and laundry detergent. Was very well situated in the Alfama district. Walking distance to many sites and food/drink/ music options. Check in was easy. Very good communication with the operators.

super nice location and all the furniture was new, clean and comfortable. all we needed was inside the house. we got 3 keys which was very useful. good communication from the team managing the booking.

Locatia este in cartierul vechi al orasului Alfama, zona destul de pitoreasca. The location is nice in the oldest part of Lisabona, Alfama, people very nice, family restaurants nearby, most of them with live Fado music.

Apartamentul este intr-o cladire foarte veche si desi pare renovat recent are foarte multa umezeala, peretii din 2 camere sunt mucegaiti. Mirosul de asemenea este de vechi si neaerisit. The flat is in a very old building and even though it looks renovated in 2 rooms the walls are full with mold, there is a lot of humidity in the flat, and the smell is in accordance. I think the host should ventilate the flat a few days before receiving the guests, otherwise it's very unwelcoming. Dated towels and the cover of the bed not too clean. Also be informed that you cannot enter with a car on the road, you have to walk for 300 m. I would also recommend to the host to bring some maps of the city in the flat, it would have been useful to have more info about the city on arrival.
