Great facilities in a quiet area

1 suggestie: - vervang douche houder in badkamer beneden, zodat douchekop in houder kan. Nu moet je de douchekop in je hand houden tijdens douchen.

Ci soni molti spazi come le tre stanze e i due bagni che permettono un soggiorno ideale per gruppi di persone o famiglie numerose. La casa è vicina al centro e dista una ventina di minuti a piedi. Davanti alla proprietà c'è un parcheggio con i monopattini e in 5 min sei in centro. La casa è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per soggiornare e Manuel ci ha offerto un gradevole Welcome kit.

Gli spazi esterni sono un po spogli. La terrazza in alto è praticamente vuota e sarebbe stato carino attrezzarla con un tavolino e qualche sdraio per passare del tempo o anche con un tavolo per poter cenare all'aperto. La zona piscina è già più attrezzata ma aggiungerei comunque delle sedute e tavolino in più per i gruppi più numerosi.

Villa was nice inside and the was clean - hosts were really nice

Location - it is surrounded by some strange run down accommodation with people living there who shout at you in the garden on an evening and there was building work going on there

Host met us at the villa. Super welcome! Manuel was easy to reach, very attentive, nothing was a bother. An amazing welcome pack on arrival. Villa excellent, everything you needed, comfy, super clean. Location excellent, walking distance (5 minutes) to a lovely centre with restaurants, shops and live music. Supermarket 5 minutes, another 15 minutes to the main strip, excellent shops, marina lovely with excellent restaurants, live music nightly in the local square.

Lovely apartment that had everything you would need including a large welcome pack that exceptional. Manuel the host was helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble and was there to greet us on arrival. The villa is in a quiet residential area but was was a short walk from Campinaro that had a large supermarket and several shops, restaurants, taxi rank and bus station. There is a bell tower for brilliant views of Lobos and Lanzarote.

There was not anything we disliked.

Nice clean villa with generally good facilities in good location on the edge of town. Outdoor area with hose to clean beach kit and hang out to dry.

The main light didn't work in our bedroom (Ground floor, next to kitchen), but other portable lights were available. My bed was old and uncomfortable. Hot water tank was too small for all six people to have a short shower within an hour. Which is important when all your group want to shower after being at the beach and turn around a head out for the evening.

Manuel was a fantastic host. The welcome pack was excellent. The villa is in a great position. Beds are very comfortable and villa has everything you need.

The heat during the night - no air con. The kitchen being upstairs and having to bring food downstairs and through the bedroom to enjoy eating outside. The cockroaches.
