It is really nice to stay at a place that feels like home. The basement apartment is very well designed to look pretty and is also well functioning. We really enjoyed the tranquility of the country side, a fire place, cooking our own food and even being able to wash our clothes. The owner is thoughtful, helpful and kind. Daniela was in touch with us ahead of the arrival. The accommodation is 15 minutes drive from Arezzo centre, so I wish we stayed longer in the comfort of the Taverna and explored the area.

The direction to the house could be improved by sending a photo of the house ahead of time. :) Although not sure if it would help as we arrived after sunset.

Daniella is a wonderful host, so kind and polite. She send us some information in advance of our visit so we could prepare some trips around Arezzo. The apartment is wonderful, well decorated, good bed and very nice kitchen equipement. There is a wonderful garden, a big pool and loads of privacy to enjoy here. Daniella got bikes available for you so you can use them to get to Arezzo, this beautiful place is very closeby and a tip to drive is the Val di Chiana (if you already visited the more famous Val d'Orcia). Compliments for the apartment, the kindness and privacy Daniella provides you when you come and visit her! Thank you Daniella for hosting us and the lovely veggies you gave us with.

There is only one minus, the bathroom is small and the shower is even smaller. The shower is a bit too small for me to be honest. But all the other points and the beauty of the apartment makes you forget or accept this minus.

There are no words to describe the experience we had in the house. Daniella had received us and presented not only the house, but all the yard. We enjoyed every detail. The fireplace was amazing, the bed comfortable, kitchen useful and well equipped... And extra mention to the decoration, the house is a piece of art. Cleaning was superlative, literally it looks you are the first guest and everything is new. You can keep your car in safe place. And you will not have enough time to visit and eat in all the places recommended by Daniella (everything perfectly presented in a guidebook). If you are considering to book this place, you will not regret.

It was amazing to stay with Daniela and her husband in the loft beneath their house. A lot of privacy with own swimmingpool, bikes to ride and a biological garden with herbs and vegetables. About a 10 minute drive to Arezzo city center but totally worth it!!! Would definitely recommend staying here. Daniela, thank you so much for everything! :-)

A tiny shower but that is not really feedback that can be improved

The owners are a lovely couple and they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The flat is just amazing: the decor, the furniture, the details in every little particular, and that touch that really makes the difference. Couldn't be any better. The swimming pool is fabulous (the pictures in Booking.com don't give the idea how lovely the whole property is). I can strongly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

No downsides. Everything was FANTASTIC!
