L'appartement est situé à Maximinviertel, Maximinstraße 15, exactement entre Porta Nigra et Paulinskirche. L'appartement comprend 2 chambres spacieuses (jusqu'à 3 personnes chacune), une salle de bain panoramique (avec lave-linge et sèche-linge), des toilettes invités, une cuisine (avec lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur / congélateur) et un grand salon et salle à manger. Il y a même de l'espace pour toute une équipe de football. Grâce au canapé-lit, il offre à nouveau 2 couchages.

Excellent emplacement près de Porta Nigra avec un appartement spacieux et propre et des hôtes sympathiques et serviables. Parfait pour un voyage à Trèves avec un parking facile et des équipements confortables.

We enjoyed our stay in Trier. The apartment was big and nice for the five of us to spread out. It was nice to have the extra bathroom.

No washing machine and dryer as advertised (which we really needed!). Heating took a long while to make the place warm. Not very clean and the apartment was quite dated. Location is the best aspect - short walk to Porte Nigra.

Great location, just a five minute walk to Porta Nigra with easy parking. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had some difficulty entering the unit because we had to connect with the owner in order to get the key from him, however, our Internet/data was acting up, making it difficult to message on the road. I would prefer if there a way to just use an entry code or hide a key in a combination lock somewhere to avoid such problems. Otherwise, the owner was great! He was very friendly, and accommodating.
The place is perfect in terms of space, with a nice kitchen, laundry room, and plenty of floor space for suitcases. We stayed here towards the end of our trip in Germany, so it was a great base to have in order to do laundry, and repack our suitcases for the final leg of the trip. Some room for improvement would be improving the Wi-Fi signal as you had usually only one maybe two bars of signal strength of the apartment. My other suggestion would be to work on better mood lighting, including more lamps so that you don’t have to use the harsh overhead lights all the time. also, just be warned that this place is a two-story walk up to me and not be good for people with limited mobility. We did just fine, but we definitely got a workout in.
Otherwise, we had a great time, and again the owner was friendly, prompt, and courteous. I would recommend.

Perfectly located within walking distance to all the sites and the marketplatz. Just be aware that the are three flights of stairs to reach apartment! Hosts were waiting for us to arrive, as we had no way to communicate prior to arrival.

My family and I completed an extended stay at this property and found the hosts friendly, accommodating, and near instant communication. Any issues we managed to have were immediately addressed. Check in was done with the host, quick and easy. Super clean and to top it off a perfect location. Would stay again.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, geräumig, preiswert und ist zum Stadtzentrum günstig gelegen. Der Vermieter war umgänglich, freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Hier auch nochmal besten Dank! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Trier
Wir wurden sehr nett vom Eigentümer empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Haben das Auto, was in einer Garage geparkt wurde, den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht benötigt. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist größ und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

In jeder Hinsicht eine positive Überraschung! Sehr große, sehr gut ausgestattete und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, super Service (Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt!) und sehr nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

War alles wie beschrieben, sehr netter Vermieter mit eigener Metzgerei, die ebenfalls eine sehr gute Qualität liefert.
Evtl. noch ein kleiner Hinweis zur Parksituation, hier kann man im Umkreis nur max. 2 Stunden Parken, jedoch gibt es die Möglichkeit im vorraus Tagestickets zu organisieren. Wäre gut, wenn der Hinweis erscheint mit Verlinkung zum reservieren.

A nice place, very big apartment and well placed. It is allowed to smoke in the stairs / hallway, and the smoke smell went often into our apartment as it is on the top floor (and smoke goes up...). Not too much, but still a bit disturbing depending on the neighbours smoking routine.

Great place!
It was all we could hope for. Fully equipped, excellent location, and a fair price. Our host Charlie met us on our way to the apartment and got us set up right away. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Stay in Great Apt
This is a great apartment. It's huge! The washer and dryer are a big plus as well. The owners are so sweet and have a shop under the apartment so are always accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Ausgezeichnet!
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment looked even better in person than in the photos and the location was perfect. Only downside was my minivan was too big for the garage but that is my fault for driving a big car and the street parking was fine. Would highly recommend.

Cozy, comfortable apartment!
This apartment is larger and nicer than the pictures show. It was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our two families (6 people total). The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook several meals. The washer and dryer was very helpful. This apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. I felt like the area was a safe place. The owners have a shop on the first floor, so they were available if needed. They also had a garage parking space for our vehicle. Restaurants and grocery store are in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Trier!

Large Appartment, well equipped kitchen. There is a garage for parking but it is shared with the other flat. There is on-street parking but it is limited to 4 hours (with payment). The owner was very helpful and paid my parking ticket for me though.

Christmas in Trier
We chose the central apartment in Trier to spend our Christmas holidays. We were 5 adults and enjoyed the space the apartment provided. The kitchen was nicely appointed for meal prep except for the lack of a garbage can. The welcome plate of landjager was greatly appreciated and was very delicious as were the other products purchased at the shop below the apartment. Location in relation to city centre excellent. Parking was street parking and not quite sure if it was w/ permit.
