I typically won't ever leave a review unless it is a positive one, however I think it is necessary so others will know what to expect. When we arrived we typically always check the bed first. The sheets had staining throughout. I have no doubt they were laundered but with the amount of staining they should not have been used. Contacted host and they did have someone come within a few hours to replace the sheets. (We did meet with one of the cleaners who assured us the sheets were clean just stained) Guess what...the new sheets had stains too! We basically dropped our luggage off and went to dinner. It was my mistake by not checking other things when I contacted host about the sheets because once we returned to the unit we realized there was unreasonable amounts of sand throughout the condo. I get it, its a beach resort there will be sand but this was excessive. We literally had to keep towels by the bed to wipe our feet off before getting into the bed. Once I got in the shower it also had a thick layer of sand around the edges of the inside of shower not to mention a nice big wad of hair. Again another sign that things were not cleaned properly ahead of our stay. By the time I was in the shower it was 11 PM and since I had already contacted the host once we just decided to wipe up the shower the best we could and dealt with it.
The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the location but we would not stay here again.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great. Loved the proximity to the beach and having beach service available at the property was a bonus! The beach was beautiful. Only negative was the bed. The bed is hard, not firm, but hard. Note to new visitors to Treasure Island: there is no free parking anywhere! Every restaurant we went to had paid parking which added at least $20 to our meal. So be prepared.

We booked 2 rooms near each other. 4 adult guests. Both rooms were great! Clean, comfy. Plenty of towels..hidden gems! ( other guests left boogie boards, Frisbee, football, chairs even a cooler! Awesome beach. So convenient! Deck was great to chill in the morning w coffee..(coffee maker supplied!) Everything worked..more than enuf room for 2 ppl. Tiki bar was great.

main lobby was under construction which limited elevator use and very noisy .. no broom had to buy one . and laundry room was broken down had to go off premises to wash towels and clothes ......so this took a day off vacation .we were disappointed regarding these issues also not enough pillow cases

We had an amazing family vacation here. The view is beautiful and you are just a few steps away from the sand between your toes. Each day we saw dolphins and manatees that were close enough to feel their waves. The pool was refreshing and a nice break from the heat. Unit was comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

This property is probably the closest you can get to the water without sleeping on the sand. The location was great. The owners and front desk staff were extremely helpful. The building is under renovation but that worked to our advantage as less people staying on the property translated into less crowded beach. The room was very clean and well furnished.

Perfect place for a little getaway. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We had no issues and the condo had everything we needed! The beach is not crowded in this area, so you definitely can rest and relax.

The only thing I can think of is the shower head needs replaced and I’m knit picking, however it feels like needles stinging you and no way to change flow or pattern. Most definitely would like to revisit. Very nice place for couples get away.

This is a lovely place to stay. It is right on the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants.
As people have said before me, you need a new shower head. The shower head shoots intense streams of water that can be painful.

The unit was just what we needed for our stay. A great view of the gulf as well as amenities to make the stay very enjoyable. Note that the bathroom vanity sink is awful and the shower head a bit painful to endure, but everything thing else was great.

The room is really smaller than the pictures portrayed. Guessing about 500 square feet, if that.
The shower pressure felt as if you were getting sprayed by a power washer and no way to change pressure. Needs a different shower head for so pressure isn’t as strong.
Was unable to find local channels on the tv. Had to load my personal cable tv app. And there was a lot of semi final football going on at time.
In finishing, the sunsets were gorgeous and beautiful every night. Was a beautiful stay!

If you want to wake up to the sound of crashing waves, watch the sunset from your balcony, or hunt for shells steps from your room, this is the perfect accommodation for you. The location is surprisingly quiet for being located on Gulf Blvd. The room has all you might need to make your stay comfortable (beach chairs and towels, cookware, microwave, coffee pot). The property was clean and in good repair. Check in, check out, and parking were all simple. Loads of activities and restaurants within short distance by car. Even some within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

There were some issues with the place but all in all we had a great time ! I emailed owner about issues and they responded that they would take care of them ( hopefully they do or did) . The view is absolutely amazing ! Love having the tiki bar on the property. We were far enough away that the noice from others at the bar did not bother us . The pool water was cold so we didn’t use the pool much . However the seating at the pool are very comfortable! You have to get to the pool early seats feel up fast . We had a great time .

The condo was nicely updated with a great ocean front view. The shower was great, very high pressure, and the unit has some beach chairs. The kitchen has the basics, although would be nice to have a dishwasher. The air conditioning worked very well. Only real draw back was the air conditioner being located on the balcony, it took up a lot of space and was loud. We would temporarily turn it off when we'd sit outside and enjoy the view. The beach in front of the building was great and not too busy during our stay.

Great location on the beach. Property was clean. Could use a bigger and newer coffee maker though. Has a keurig for those that use them. Very quiet, no problem parking. Will definitely use again if we return to Treasure Island.

Amazing renovated room! You would never think the room would be so nice from the looks of the dated building. It was clean, classy, had an amazing view, was convenient to the ice maker and elevator, beach, pool, great restaurants, and shopping. The room also had everything we needed from silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, pots & pans, toaster, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils. Some other reviewers complained about occasionally having to park across the street, but it was a non issue for me as it was so close. My only small complaint was that I brought my Roku to hook up to the TV and the TV doesn’t extend from the wall at all, so fitting my hand behind the TV to get the Roku plugged in was quite a challenge, took my about 30mins…but that’s only a small complaint. My significant other and I will most definitely be back. Amazing room and an amazing stay.

I was a little nervous to book with an agency because I’m used to booking with individual people but ITrip was amazing! They were super responsive and nice. The room was great, amazing view! I liked the location because it wasn't super crowded, but you could find cool places walking distance to have a good time. Can’t wait to come back!
