Localisation pratique à côté de la gare, des transports et du centre-ville...tout est faisable à pied tout en étant calme

it is centrally located in Oslo in relation to museums and other tourist atracciones
driving to the front of the hotel was very difficult. even the local Uber driver had problems finding it to pick us up. it would have been nice to have receive directions of how to get there by car. The entrance is located on a no driving zone.
inside the hotel it will be useful to have a ramp instead of stairs up the elevators .

Very central, super easy to find, great staff who go the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable, fantastic breakfast and cozy bedrooms.

The hotel was excellent, highly recommended for a visit in Oslo and overall the experience overcame my expectations. Best location to visit the the city's main attractions, very stylish hotel, nicely decorated rooms, with all necessary amenities , comfy beds and great lighting. Breakfast was superb, with many choices that cover all tastes. They even offer a breakfast ' to go" for early travelers which was really good. Staff excellent, attentive and very friendly. The bar had a lively atmosphere and offered amazing coctails. I will definitely choose this hotel again, when I go back to Olso.

We thought the breakfast options were outstanding and the whole ambience and style of the hotel was fantastic. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The bar, reception, restaurant and jazz club staff were the most attentive and welcoming I’ve ever met.

absolutely adorable hotel,professional and proper staff ready to serve any of your needs with a smile. the breakfast was really good. and the bar … oh the bar … And last but certainly not least - the hairdryer wasn’t a cheap no-blow, but a proper hairdryer with curl disc etc. as a person with long hair travelling this feature is a huge plus!

Breakfast was a 12 on a scale of 1-10. (Fabulous crispy bacon was only one positive- huge choices like a cruise ship buffet for breakfast - and they would cook to order as well.) Room was very clean and modern while the building retained much of its historic feel. We took the train from the airport to the Central Station - only had to walk 50 yards to the front door. Felt like we were in the middle of a great part of town - lots of sights, food and shopping close by.

I think it is the nicest breakfast I have had at a hotel. They had everything you could think of. All gourmet, no sad little continental items here. It was absolutely fantastic. You could also order off a limited menu. I had the green omelet and it was exactly what I wanted. Love the restaurant, food was divine, staff were exceptional.

Very friendly staff, hotel is nice and modern inside with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was also nice. Convenient to arrive by train from the airport.
The location was "too" central for us. Being located right across the central station at one of the city's biggest crossroads, there was a bit too much happening as soon as you would step out. Also, some dedicated spaces to do a bit of work would be appreciated.
