Eli's rental property works really well for us during our monthly stay in the Charlotte area in April. This was our 2nd year staying here with our golden retriever and we had a great time. Eli is very responsive to any questions you may have and the home is in a great location with parks, shopping, bike riding and golf nearby. Highly recommended.

You can’t go wrong with this property starting with the owner. Eli is always available and aims to please. The house is in a great neighborhood with sidewalks for walking a pet and quiet neighbors. The home itself is spacious, and flooded with natural light during the day. The fenced-in yard and access to the garage are added perks! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The Birkdale golf course was 2 miles away and we found several great 20-30 mile road bike rides right from the home. Our dog loved the small fenced in back yard and having access to the detached garage was very nice for parking the car and storing bikes and golf clubs. Eli was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a TV room upstairs. It locates in very good neighborhood and super convenient. We had wonderful stay. We are supposed to checkout 10 am today. Since my kid was unexpectedly given later tee time, the owner/Eli allowed us to checkout at later time. Eli offered us true support. We greatly appreciate! Looking forward to coming back again.

The house was great, as was the neighborhood and the location. Very easy to get to grocery and our daughter's and son's homes. The neighborhood was wonderful for waking the dog. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful visit with our daughters during Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and perfect for our visit. I can't wait to come back again!

Stayed here for a little over 2 months and it was great.

Eli was communicative and easy to work with. House was conveniently central, close to shopping, and clean. Upper floor has a bonus family room / TV room, which was nice to have in addition to the downstairs public spaces (kitchen, dining area, family room area).

I have rented so many VRBO's around the world but Eli has been the best host ever... he is extremely nice and helpful. He is very responsive and willing to help with every issue. He even helped us arranging our food delivery before the Christmas day. The house is nicely located. Near to Charlotte and many other places. I strongly recommend this house for everyone.

We needed a place to stay prior to closing on our new home. The rental was great. It was very clean and well appointed for all of our needs. We had a small problem with the TV and the owner was very quick to respond to fix the issue. (Probably due to operator error...). It was fun to explore Cornelius and the surrounding area from this rental. Very quiet neighborhood.

The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. I really like the property location! The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs too. I had to work. There is a desk in the bonus room - and the WiFi was excellent!! Perfect for working at the house. Eli was a perfect host. Every question was answered and quick responses. We had a lot rain when I was there - so every time there was a pond on the patio area. It was a challenge to avoid the standing water from the garage to the back door. But other that - it was a great stay!

The house was nice, clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable and in good condition. There was a bunch of stuff in the garage so we could not get the whole boat trailer in but it worked out ok as far as keeping the boat out of the weather. The house has two large couches that unfortunately do not convert into a bed so guests had to sleep on the couch and there were no spare blankets. We would with out a doubt stay at this house again. The house was fully stocked with dishes,pots,pans and eating utensils. Very quiet subdivision.

The house was very clean and just as pictured. We stayed there with our friends and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. We accidentally left a few belongings behind and Eli was very prompt in letting us know and even mailed them to us. We would love to stay there again in the future!

We rented this property to visit some family for the Holidays. Eli was very responsive to questions both before and during the stay. The house was clean, spacious, and well furnished, and was as we expected from the pictures. We particularly enjoyed the fenced in backyard, which was great for letting our dog out. The kitchen included some pots, pans, and a coffee maker, which was great for cooking breakfast. The house had a great washer and dryer too! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, with plenty of on street parking. The house was in a great location, less than 10 minutes drive to grocery stores, target, restaurants, gas station, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this rental!

Stayed here for 31 days and absolutely enjoyed it. There was a couple of small issues but when I contacted the owner about it he was very prompt to handle them. My job requires me to travel 80% of the time. Me and my Co workers always stay in homes like this one and over the 15+ years of doing this I have never met an owner that was really dedicated to making sure you had what you needed and resolved issues fast. The home is beautiful. The owner was amazing to work with. I would recommend this home to everyone who enjoys good quality. It is convenient to everything you need. I will be booking this home on my next business trip to the area. Thank you

Everything was good, the house is big and was very clean. The only reason I give 4 stars is because it was lacking some basic furniture and kitchenware. Otherwise, everything was great.
