Incroyable maison au bord de l'eau avec vue imprenable sur le lac. La maison est positionnée de façon à ce que chaque pièce ait une vue sur le lac. Les couchers de soleil sont absolument magnifiques. Sandy, PRIVATE BEACH Cottage entièrement rénové. Plafonds cathédrale * Nouvelle cuisine avec appareils électroménagers améliorés * Réfrigérateur / congélateur, cuisinière pleine grandeur avec four, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Salle à manger avec centre de petit déjeuner, grille-pain, cafetière et 8 places assises. Planchers de bois franc à travers. Les deux chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des placards. Un lit king-size, un lit queen-size. Le salon s'ouvre sur un joli porche fermé qui offre plus de sièges et plus de vues. Grande salle de bain avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Les terrains sont spectaculaires, plus de 500 pieds de façade sur l'eau! Le pont énorme est équipé d'une gamme de différentes combinaisons de sièges et de salles à manger. Grand gril et panneau latéral en acier inoxydable. Parapluies fournis pour ces journées ensoleillées. Des chaises de plage sont fournies pour la plage. Utilisez ceux autour du feu plus tard dans la soirée. «S'mores» nous voici!

We stayed at this property while my son had a baseball tournament in the Syracuse area. It was a gorgeous property, comfortable, clean, and the perfect spot for my kids who love fishing and lake life. We enjoyed dinner in Sylvan Beach and the kids played at the amusement park and had a fun night. Our host was very attentive and any questions I had she responded promptly. Would book this property again in the further. Highly recommend!

Even though the weather wasn’t great, the coziness of the cottage made our stay. The views were beautiful, sitting on the sun porch. The cottage has everything you can think of. We will definitely return.

Cozy lake house with everything you need to get away from the daily grind. Views are beautiful. We took advantage of the stocked kitchen and grill for most meals. Buckingham Market recommended for groceries. Bring a few good books to read and relax. Kayak available was fun to explore the lake. Thankful the owner recommended water shoes as the lake is rocky. If you want to be off the grid but with amenities, this is the place for “glamping”.

We had a lovely stay! Host was great to communicate with and responded quickly when we had questions. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. Kitchen provided plenty of space for food storage and meal prep.
Couple tips:
Be sure to bring water shoes! We enjoyed the water, but rocky floor may not be ideal for younger children to swim.
GPS wanted us to turn into the cemetary. Don't do that, especially if you arrive at dusk like we did.
Go to The Cleveland House for a drink or a meal. Be sure to ask about the homemade tater tots!

We absolutely adored the cabin! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very hospitable, easy to contact, and answered any questions we had in a very prompt manner. Having the private beachfront access was such a bonus! Thanks so much!

Everything was beautiful and very clean. All the ammenities that you could need are there. Very peaceful and quiet. The owner was very easy to communicate with.highly recommend!

Have stayed at this location for years. It’s like coming home every time. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great location for perfect views of the lake and restaurants for great meals. Also close to boat launch and easy access for fishing. So sad to leave and look forward to next year.

Our family tremendously enjoyed our stay in this lovely lakeside home. Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware. Highly recommended for a family or friends getaway.

The cottage is very cute and can hold more guests than it appears! We had 3 sisters and it was perfect! The view from most windows, the enclosed back porch, the deck and the property is just amazing! Gorgeous sunsets too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️

Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery. We had a little difficulty with the lock on the deck door, but found we could lock it from the outside, then walk around to the front. Very comfortable stay! Thank you!

Great cottage! Clean, well equipped/stocked, and great frontage to the lake. Also quiet neighborhood. Enclosed porch leading out to deck is a plus. Numerous outdoor chairs, tables, and two patio umbrellas. Huge lot. I would stay here again!

View - the best. Beds and bedding - top quality. Furniture and decor - super comfortable.
Everything you need is waiting for you. It is as if someone moved out for our week-long vacation because there is nothing missing (pots, pans, cleaning supplies, patio furniture/cushions, indoor and outdoor games, you name it).
We enjoyed the cool clean water by bringing inflatables and tied to the dock (wear water shoes, rocky!).
My friends came up for the day and didn't want to leave.
Patty is always easy to contact although you'll need nothing!

We loved coming back to Camp Crandall. Bbqing, boating, relaxing on the lawn, building campfires, and just recharging was just what we needed and this camp delivered that and more. Even with the somewhat rainy weather we were able to enjoy some of the local activities (The Wild zoo, Sylvan Beach Amusement Park, and Wonder works at Destiny), when we weren’t kicking back with a good book.

we were before-season, we spent time on hiking (black-river wild forest, 90 minutes drive) and Niagara falls (3 hour drive) and around the house/lake as an interlude in a stay at NY city.
Not so fortunate with the weather, so exploring the DVD collection and the garden-croquet game were nice possibilities!

Perfect weekend getaway for our college student
We had an amazing weekend with our SUNY ESF son. The check in and check out process was a breeze. It was perfectly stocked with amazing appliances, cookware, dishes; you name it. Extremely clean and organized. Gorgeous view of the lake. I cannot say enough nice things! Patty was responsive to my questions and truly a super host.

Beautiful space
Communication was great. House is adorable. Deck is huge and many options for outdoor seating. The sunsets were incredible. The king bed is on its way to needing a new mattress as it sagged and creaked. We enjoyed having views from every room. We loved that the check out procedures were .......NOTHING! IT WAS FANTASTIC! we've been left with lists after lists lately at VRBOS so it was so amazing that we just packed up and left. id pay extra for that itself !

Mother Daughter’s get away
We all agreed that this was the most enjoyable, relaxing, wonderful get away. The cabin was perfect, spacious and very comfortable. Every morning we stepped outside and were greeted with eagles, great blue herons and many other birds. Our only regret was we forgot our binoculars. We would love to book again next year.

Loved our 3rd year holiday stay!
Another beautiful stay @ our favorite place! Almost perfect weather for sisters, adult children, grandson & cousins to enjoy. We enjoyed hunting for beach glass, sunning, kayaking, campfires, s’mores & hanging out on the convenient deck & sun porch. Plenty of convenient side trips to nearby Sylvan Beach, Farmers Markets & Walmart when needed. Perfect spot also for nature lovers & birdwatchers - we saw Great Blue Herons, ducks, Bald Eagles (circled right over deck!) , Meadowlarks., Kingfishers, Hummingbirds, Goldfinches, Cormorants, Canadian Geese and LOTS of Monarchs! Just don’t forget your hoodies & binoculars cause everything else was there!

Wonderful Vacation
My husband, my 7 year old and myself stayed here for a week in Aug 2021. The house is immaculate and spacious for our family of 3. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. The outside is amazing - enclosed porch, huge deck with several seating options, a large yard which was fun to play on and gives you lots of space from the other houses, and a beach! The beach was the best, my daughter loved it. We kayaked every day - the house provides one and we bought 2 of our own. The sunsets are incredible. We had a great time. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our week away. We swam, relaxed, and saw family. The kids loved playing in the enormous yard. The cottage was perfect for our family of four.

Beautiful location and cozy cottage
We enjoyed the beautiful view from every room in the cottage. The lake is lovely. We were there in the winter and enjoyed Cross-Country skiing on the lake and at nearby Tug Hill. Patty was a great host. The house is well-equipped.

Relaxation for the Holiday
From the moment I made the reservations, Patty was over-the-top helpful. When we pulled up, the view was incredible. This made for multiple gorgeous sunsets. Large yard. Large deck. Enclosed porch for when it became chilly. Beds comfy. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. There was so much room (inside and out) in the event you had visitors - hopefully we will in the future when we celebrate in groups again! Perfect getaway!!
