Cette maison familiale de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, calme et sereine est située sur le magnifique lac Oneida dans le centre de New York. La maison comprend tous les hébergements pour un séjour confortable (3 lits queen size en mousse à mémoire de forme, un dormeur futon, 2 lits jumeaux pliants), une cuisine et des équipements de cuisine complets, un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse, une sécheuse, la climatisation centrale et WiFi pour votre commodité. L'espace de vie ouvert est parfait pour se divertir et la suite exécutive à l'étage permet à plusieurs familles de rester confortablement. Comprend de grandes terrasses pour profiter des superbes espaces extérieurs et des escaliers avec paliers menant à votre propre oasis privée au bord du lac! La maison est située sur le côté nord calme du lac Oneida, et parce que la maison est surélevée par rapport au rivage, elle offre certaines des meilleures vues du lac! Vous vous sentirez littéralement comme si vous pouviez sortir sur le lac. La maison offre également une cour arrière clôturée pour garder les petits en sécurité et protégés.
Apportez votre bateau et restez à droite au quai inclus. Vous pouvez profiter des restaurants, et à Sylvan Beach en 5 minutes sur l'eau et sur terre! First of all, the pictures do not do this place justice! Ryan was an amazing host and had great communication! The beds were very comfortable, which is coming from people who swear by their Sleep Number beds and it is hard to leave them behind. The spacious almost apartment like room above the garage was very nice! Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pillows, towels! Hot tub was probably the second best thing about this place! We all loved it! The stairs up and down were a killer though :) We really liked how the small road the house was on is very quiet and our kids were able to ride bikes safely! Make sure you stock up on groceries since there are not many near places to grab a bite to eat. Overall definitely recommend this place!

This is a beautiful cottage with a beautiful view. It was big, clean, and the owner communicated very well. It was nice to have access to a hot tub, a game room, and the water. I would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The views are better than the pictures in the listing. The house was clean & cozy with plenty of room for 4 people. The suite above the garage is huge & is great if you want a truly private space away from the main house.

We stayed here for a girls weekend, there were 7 of us and we found the house to be perfect, clean and well equipped. Plenty of space to spread out, a variety of different areas in the house to enjoy or relax, just sit on the deck and enjoy the view, or play games down stairs. Our group takes a trip every year and we all felt that this was the best rental so far. We are already talking about visiting here again.

Mini reunion of 7 high school (40 yrs ago) buddies! Well kept home with many amenities (as advertised). Hot tub on back deck with lake view was amazing! Our wives were jealous. Excellent location and only 10-15 minutes from Sylvan Beach. Ryan (property mgr/owner) was very responsive and accommodating! Great stay!

This home has one of the most beautiful lake views of any place I've ever stayed. We would come back just for the time spent on the deck gazing at the lake. It is on a quiet street. The interior common space was spacious, with a nice layout of kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Three of the four bedrooms had the stunning lake view. Ample restaurants and amenities were nearby. I would suggest that this home is best for people without disabilities, as beds and couches are low to the ground, the showers are small, and the deck does not have extensive safety railings. The owner was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family visited mid October. The Fall colors are vivid. The area was quiet and peaceful as the summer crowds are gone. The house is clean and modern inside while the surrounding area has a rustic country feel.

This home has a wonderful lake view and great outdoor space. My husband and I stayed with cousins. We enjoyed morning coffee together on one of the decks and evening views at sunset. The indoor of the home is spacious with charming decoration and a kitchen well-stocked with equipment for meal preparation. Ryan quickly responded with helpful answers to questions. Some family members joined us for lunch one day and marveled at the space. This is a perfect spot for reconnecting with family or friends.

It was a pleasant stay on the lake. We enjoyed being able to dock our boat at this property. In between our boat outings, we had a much needed workout on the walk up. We recovered, enjoying the outstanding view from their deck. Thank you for a great week with friends and family.

Such a beautiful place to relax and unplug. Coffee on the large deck each morning with binoculars and bird ID app in hand. The sunsets were spectacular. Hard to leave!

Weekend away
Ryan was a great host, very responsive. The house offers a lot of fun things to do especially when traveling with kids. The game room was awesome. We didn't have the best weather (typical March) but still enjoyed the hot tub and walked down to the water. The view was amazing. When traveling with 2 families it was nice to have 2 separate areas where a family could gather. All in all a great weekend.

Cool place!
I visited this house with four other friends. We could have eaten off the floor in this place it was so clean. The view is awesome, the hot tub was clean, Ryan was very friendly and helpful. My only comment is that if you plan to cook for more than a few people, ask if the things you need are in the kitchen first. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful place!
This is a hidden gem! I enjoyed the property with my 11 yr old daughter 13 year old son and my partner. While in the house we spent time playing ping pong, basketball, cards, listening to music. My kids absolutely loved the outdoors, we roasted marshmallows over the fire pit, created beautiful memories on the frozen lake. It was quiet and peaceful and fun. We woke up to to the most stunning sunrise and would often see the most amazing sunset. The hot tub in the cold was absolutely amazing, we all loved it! The house is beautifully decorated giving you a cozy serene feeling. They didn’t miss a thing with the details! If you want to enjoy a peaceful and bonding time with your family this is definitely a must stay. Overall, my kids gave this vacation 10/10. We were a quick 25 or so minutes out from snow tubing. Ryan was super attentive and communicative. I am truly grateful that the Bouchard family is able to share this beautiful house of theirs with the world!! Thank you Ryan and family.

Stunning Home w. Stunning Views
My girls and I felt right at home in this stunning oasis for our bachelorette weekend getaway to Turning Stone/Oneida Lake. The house was spotless, extremely roomy and boasted stunning views of the lake. The hot tub was a fabulous addition and the entertainment provided was over the top (games/channels/wifi etc.) Ryan was super helpful and very attentive with all arrangements made throughout our stay!

New Year's Eve retreat
This place was great for our family (6 adults) to celebrate the New Year. There is plenty of space for us to eat and play together but also space for us to have our own quiet time. Ryan was very helpful from the time I made the reservation until we got home and realized we had missed something. We hope to go back someday soon.
